I had been given Rick's name from a friend. I came onto Angie's List to see who else I could call to compare prices. I had already previously called another company and got a quote and after reading Rick's reviews here and added with my friend's recommendation I called him as well. He was very friendly on phone. He gave me an awesome quote which was $35 less than the previous quote I had received. He answered all my questions. He was able to come the next morning. He arrived in the time frame he had said he would. He was pleasant and got straight to work. I also learned he did monthly services for some of our family members which always said a lot to me. I appreciated his promptness and overall amiable attitude towards myself and my children while he was here. Would highly recommend and will be calling again if more services are needed.

He is very nice and professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would be here. He called to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job, considering I did not have everything out of the house for him. I believe I caught them early on, so with follow up appointments I'm hoping I'm done with these critters. He also called when he was finished to let me know when to start the countdown before returning home. It took him a little over an hour. His price was the same as the other company that I did not choose to go with, so I feel it was reasonable. He did not play any games like the other company about price, he asked appropriate questions to assess the job and quoted me over the phone. He answered any questions I had. He was very upfront and honest. I will continue to use this company for follow up spraying as I work in healthcare and am at risk for contamination. Also I would recommend this company to anyone for any bug problems.

He worked for another company for years and now he's branched out on his own. I've used him for 23 years. He's always on time. If I have to switch times he always makes a point to get back to me. He doesn't wait two or three weeks to catch up; he comes the next day. I have multiple sclerosis and on days that I don't feel well I let him in and he does what he's supposed to do and I hand him a check and he goes out the door. He is excellent, his prices are good, and he's an honest, hard-working man. My son is allergic to roach droppings so he makes sure I don't get roaches. He charges according to house size and he hasn't raised his price in years and years. He's a friend after all these years and I don't have to worry about things not being what it should be. He goes above and beyond. I was tickled to death when he went out on his own. I would give him an A+.

I've not had one problem. Very friendly and personable. He does the majority of people in my subdivision. He has a very good reputation and is very trustworthy.
