Tony (owner) did walk-through w/us, and his company provided the work. He was hard to get ahold of at times but he and his company really did amazing work. Tony thought of things that we never would have and we're so glad he did!

We are very pleased with Ideal's work. They were receptive to our thoughts on placement of switches, lights, etc, but also offered suggestions as to what would work best. They quickly resolved a problem - some work that was not done when they were first here. They are friendly, polite, efficient, and reasonably priced. They came when they said they would. We have no complaints. They will be back for finishing work, and the total cost of the project will be approximately $3600.00.

Tony is a very nice man and knows a lot. He had some great advice during the walkthrough and helped us make good decisions for our lifestyle. He and his workers were able to execute the complex wiring plan very well. there were a couple of wiring errors due to miscommunication which he fixed. The only problem with Tony is that he was hard to get ahold of and did not keep his appointments. He did not return phone calls despite several messages and our contractor had to intervene a number of times. However, he was going through some issues with his company so maybe that was the reason.
