They responded to my request for a quote immediately. Each time I sent a message with a concern or question, they responded immediately. The customer service I received before my appointment was above and beyond. The technicians arrived exactly on time. They performed the services I needed very quickly, but with a job super well done, and at a reasonable rate. Thank you so very much!

The reps arrived late, but did notify me they would be. Initial meeting seemed to go well. We walked the property showing where the work was needed. The gent mentioned he had an idea for what was needed - replace all 3 doors with prehung doors and install a simple gate. I recall being told I would have a quote by Sat evening, but my husband thought by Mon. Well, today and Mon and not a peep. This is a project I need done ASAP so we will just have to find someone else. They were very nice both via email and on the phone. In person they seem very professional. They respected my request to notify me within 30 min of arriving so I could kennel my dogs. Biggest issue is simply not letting me know their quote or that they simply didn't want to do the project, if that's the case. I am a stickler for communication, rules and being on time. If I had known they weren't going to reply I could have had someone else come out to give a quote.

Had PTAC go out at senior living community and door was not closing to a secured area. HG residential maintenance came out the day I called and took care of the issues immediately. He was respectful to me and to the seniors that reside at the community. He stayed on task the entire time and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the fast turn around and reasonable pricing.
