 + 0 moreThey did what they were supposed to do at a price we agreed on. They were punctual and professional. They did a really good job. They were kind of pricey though. I was happy with everything else except what it ended up costing.

gas grill repair
 + -1 moreHe was a sub-contractor for a deck remodel. He kept me waiting two days, and when he finally showed up, he told me that he didn't have the tools he needed and would have to come back yet another day. When he installed the gas line, there was a gas smell and it was determined that the gas line was leaking. He also installed a too short line as it was about two feet from the grill and the hose would have shown. Thankfully, after much back & forth, the contractor sent another person out to re-install the line closer to the grill.
Description of Work: Put in a gas line for my grill on my deck.

 + -1 moreIf he would have called and said he ran into an issue I would have understood. @ weeks later and still no contact from them. On to another plumber.
Description of Work: Called and talked to Ed about work I needed done. He made appointment for next day, never called and was a no show. Sat around and wasted a day waiting for them.

Description of Work: some special professional here. He found some small pieces of the rack had fallen down into the drain and caused the problems of not running through cycles correctly. Also found another problem when it was installed. He went above and beyond to do the job right. I loved him and would not hesitate to call him again.

 + -1 moreEd Frederick came by the house and gave us an estimate and date when he could perform the job. We accepted the terms. We were installing a new countertop and new appliances so having the job completed in a timely fashion was very important. He completed the job in one afternoon. We were able to install the new countertop the next day. The wife is happy again!
Description of Work: Company performed installation of new dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink. Showed up on time, performed the service and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the timely professional service.

Description of Work: We had water seeping out of the top of our heater we called Frederick Plumbing they had a tech on site within 90 min. The tech was clean cut and had on shoe covers he evaluated the heater and had it replaced about 2 hours later work was clean and no mess left behind
