Technician thoroughly explained about carpenter bee habits and inspected our wood deck and the entire exterior of our home. He explained about their recommended services, pricing and warranty for the bee treatment. He also offered exterior pest treatment for the entire exterior of our home, services, pricing and warranty. I was very pleased with the technician and his services. I plan to use them in the future.

We use Black Diamond Termite & Pest control. The last time we used their services was last month. We have a quarterly contract with them. They also do termite inspection once a year. We have been using Black Diamond Termite & Pest Control for about 6 years now. I have only had to call them back one time. I will use them again in the future.

We found them through Angie's List so they gave us a 5% discount. Scheduling was really fast, I called them on a weekend when they were closed because we were swarmed. They called us back promptly and were out within a week. I just contacted them to come back and do the annual termite treatment again.

They inspected home, barn & out building. They were very informative.

They showed up as scheduled and did exactly as we requested.

We trapped a squirrel in our guest bedroom (got in by accident through a door). Called Black Diamond and they had a team out to remove the animal in less than 2 hours. They called 30 minutes before arrival to ensure I had time to meet them at the house. They captured the squirrel in a net and let him go outside. The spent the next 30 minutes making sure that there were not other access points where animals could enter the home. Very responsive, very helpful and the price was right. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Black Diamond. Had a problem with Spiders and Ants. Got my entire home sprayed and a barrier placed outside. Only insects I see now are dead ones. A+.

The Black Diamond rep came to my home and did an inspection for termtes. We had a termite swarm near the front door the week before. Evidence showed that the termites were contained at or near the front entry way. He gave me an estimate that I could live with and the home was treated a week later.

The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail about the service and the contracts.

My mother had an issue with bedbugs. We sprayed ourselves with insecticide we got from a local hardware store. After six weeks, they were back. We had 3 Exterminators come in to bid. Black Diamond was the most professional company by far. They were very thorough with their inspection and the explanation of the plan to eradicate. It has been 6 months and we have had further issues.

Guys were super nice and polite, but they didn't get nearly all the ants. Had them back within 3 days.

They did a great job. They came out and sprayed. They told us that if we had anymore problems, they would come without charge to do a spray again. We didn't have any problems after that. About five years ago we had a raccoon come down our chimney and they were able to get rid of the raccoon so they can tackle anything. It was stirring up the fireplace on the other side of the screen and they were eventually able to get that raccoon out of the house. I think their pricing is reasonable. They took care of the problem quickly and they stand by their work.

The presentation, setting up of the account, chosing a day for monthly service and the initial service went very well. The technicians were on time, very professional, explained what they would be doing, offering their suggestions, performed the service and departed. They were quite courteous.

I really appreciate this company. My friend who lives in Louisville thought she had an issue with bedbugs so after searching Angie's list I decided upon this company. They came out the first day and their inspection concluded that there were no bugs, but they said that if she found one to contain it and call back. Later that day my friend (who by the way has bad eyesight) said she had found one and stuck it to a piece of tape, so we called for a second inspection. As it turned out the object was only a piece of lint. In spite of all this the folks at the company and both of the service managers were not only very patient but also very understanding. My friend is very dear to me so the fact that I could depend on this company to have trustworthy and knowledgeable employees meant everything. I am very happy with their service. I had the yard powerseeded last year but I had to have them do it again this year because the yard died in some places due to the drought and my ignorance in cutting the grass too short. They gave me a break on the price this year because it had to be redone. They provided quality work and a great price. I priced other companies that wanted much more money. I was also happy that they come back after 2 weeks of watering to see how it is going and to reseed some places that need more seed. Jeremy was great and is very knowledgable.

I like that if they find termites after a certain number of years part of the money I've paid will go towards the termite eradication treatment.
