Black Diamond

It went pretty good. They are willing to come back to spray agian. I liked their professionalism. I liked them. They were on time.

They did an awesome job, I used their website live chat to get everything going. They show up on time, looked professional and did exactly what they said they would. I use them every year and will not use any one else!

The man that came out was very rude! His name is Skip. He was very condescending and actually yelled at me. As I was repeating to him the # of treatments and Whole House or follow up, I got the # wrong and he yelled at me "That's not what I said!". There was no call for that. Plus, he kept cutting me off when I wanted to ask a question. His dog was good, but only sniffed where he pointed, so if bugs were somewhere he didn't believe they would be, then the dog never sniffed there. My whole dining room was not sniffed, nor my kitchen. (It is an L shape room) When I called back to the office to find out what kind of treatment Skip had quoted me, (which turned out to be chemical) and I mentioned that I did not want Skip to EVER come back to my house, The woman was rude also. Not as bad as Skip, but she would not tell me a price for heat treatment, and the ONLY person she claimed could quote me was Skip. Plus, she told me that Skip was only a dog handler and not a bug person so he would not be doing the actual treatment. How can he quote prices if he is not a trained professional bug person? She did offer to connect me to her supervisor, but I was too upset to talk nicely to someone at that time. No supervisor has called me to follow up or try to talk to me. I did not have Black Diamond do my service. I did find another company on Angies List, and he did come and spray. He asked the sq footage of my house, and a few other questions and gave me a quote on the phone, came when he said he would, and was very nice.

Went well, report received the next day.

It appears to have gone well. Can't tell until we see if they are gone or not.....

WOW - they were great! I thought the only service Black Diamond did was pest control, but discovered they do a lot of different services, landscaping being one of them. I was having difficulty in finding a landscaper that would come to southern Indiana (Jeffersonville), because the landscapers in Louisville "had more business than they could keep up with" and didn't want to cross the bridge. My husband had found out from Black Diamond workers when they were at the house spraying the lawn, that they also did landscaping. We phoned to get an estimate, and Harry McCoy (SUPER NICE guy) with Black Diamond came to the house to meet with us and talk about what we were looking to do. They have a computer program where they can take a picture of your home, and show you what it will look like after they've finished. (There is a charge of $175 for this service if you do not hire them to do your landscaping, but it's very much worth it if you're serious about getting your home landscaped from them.) We were very pleased with Harry's suggestions and hired them to do the job. It took about two weeks from the day we decided, which I thought was a reasonable wait since we didn't decide until the first of May to even do it. There were four young men that came to do the job who were all very polite and extremely hardworking. They were able to finish the job in less time than was originally estimated, and didn't use as much mulch as was estimated, so we enjoyed an unexpected price break in the overall total of the job. We are extremely pleased with Black Diamond's job, and highly recommend them to all of our southern Indiana neighbors!

We ended up using Black Diamond for pest control. Overall, things went well with them. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. The guy made sure to clean up after themselves. As far as going up ahead and looking around and when we have some questions later on they offered to come out if need be so they sounded like a solid company. The price was sort of average.

K9 Services were used to find Bed Bugs. Excellent Resource. Servicemen were punctual and neat but rude. I found out later that they keep notes of what they perceive are your comments but do not share them with you. .After 5 treatments( including initial treatments) the spray products used were not effective. I continued to have visible documented bed bug bites. I was told by staff members it was"" all in my head" and there was no bed bug activity in my home. My brother used Heat Treatment Services by BLACK DIAMOND and still has Bed Bugs in his apartment and documented, visible bed bug bites. .

They do a good job. I know the guy who does it. I have known him for years and years. I knew him before he went to work for Black Diamond.

Very professional from the initial contact through the inspection and billing. No issues.

Service was quick, all questions were answered and so far no signs of mice.

It went well. We like using them and have a yearly contract for quarterly spraying. They come back for no charge if there are any issues in the interim.

We have been using them since July 2013 when we moved here. They came inside one time to spray for bugs when we first moved in and have them spray the exterior 4 times a year. They have not had to come inside again. We then started using them for turf maintenance and the lawn does look really nice. No weeds and it's very green. They knock on the door before they start the treatment to tell me they are there and to make sure my dog is not outside. We have had several cases of wasps in our attic and they have always tried to fit us in as soon as they can to take care of it and has worked with our schedule. Someone is always there to answer your call or questions which is rare these days. Will continue to use them as they are professional, courteous and helpful.

The service went as planned. They provided a great service and was on time. The provider was very informative. We were so happy with the service that we signed up for the annual service plan.

They were great. If you have any weeds left after they spray, they come back and treat the area.

Been using Black Diamond's Exterior service for 5 years now, they spray quarterly outside home to keep bugs out. Works great rarely see anything in house. Would recommend to anyone.

I was satisfied with their service. The rates were good. They were very professional.

Tech was concerned about any problems we were having and if we thought the treatments were working. Very nice and professional.

Black Diamond promptly assessed the situation and placed poison bait in my yard. There is no warranty, hence the B for the high price. I'm not sure if the moles are terminated yet, but in the case that they are not, Black Diamond will re-bait at a lower price within 90 days of service.

The customer service was good. The service was done on time. the inspection was accurate.

Pest control is NOT effective, and when I called to complain that I was seeing bugs in the house, I was told that they will not come back out and retreat, they will charge additional fees to come out and evaluate what the problem is and then charge more money to retreat...not satisfied AT ALL with this service... As for the turf maintenance, our lawn has come in thicker and healthier looking, but still has quite a lot of broadleaf weeds (dandilions) since both lawns on either side are being treated also, I have to wonder how effective the broadleaf weed control is since we still have so many... The service technicians are all very friendly and professional, but overall, I am just not satisfied with either service and will not be continuing with them once my agreement time is up.

Ben and John were very professional, arrived on time, and were able to do the application, without damaging our landscaping near our home. They explained, what they would do and completed their work in a timely manner. Ben and John checked our basement to ensure, that their was no treatment getting in. We appreciated Harry's honest recommendation not to have the drain installed and his suggestions. I have recommend Black Diamond to others and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their employees have good communication skills. It is a pleasure to work with everyone with whom, I've had contact. Black Diamond is a superior company.
