Went great, timely and knowledgeable

Everything went fine. Took a little longer to get scheduled for the work than I would have liked but Black Diamond was busy and I had a few restrictions on what days of the week I was available.

They responded to my inquiry the same day and sent someone out the following day. Treatment was scheduled and received within a week. Very satisfied. They will address specific problems without your having to signup to have services you don't want or need.

The tech sprayed and baited, and showed us how to cut back the trees to keep the ants at a distance. We were impressed with his expertise.

After Unpaid a $65 fee to get an evaluation, I never did get the estimate for the job that they promised me. VERY disappointing for a first time Angies List user

They never showed up. Never called to say they weren't showing up. Never texted. Just didn't bother. Don't use these guys. They had a 5 hour window and my brother went and sat there and waited for 5 hours (12 - 5), so they wasted his time not to mention the several days we wasted waiting between calling them and the appointment date. We could have called someone else and had it completed. I would never recommend this company.

Good. Tech was clear and concise with instructions and thorough in treatment.

They were on time, reasonably quick and cleaned up after they were done. So far, no new colonies have been seen.

Arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job.

Ryan Gates, technician, came out to our house regarding mice that had entered the attic and were running around in the space between our basement ceiling and the upstairs floor. He gave us a quote and we said YES! I mean, it's mice, money is no object, right? haha Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Very professional and educated us about how humane their treatment is vs other companies. All the mice were gone within a week or two. It's been a couple of months and ZERO activity in the house. I highly recommend Black Diamond. After the mice removal, we also hired them for home pest control, termite control, lawn treatment and landscaping.

After we hired Black Diamond to remove some mice in our home, we hired them to install a liquid barrier around the house to protect against termites. James was very professional like all the rest of the Black Diamond staff. Did a great job explaining the differences between a liquid barrier and activity stations that must be monitored every month. The liquid system was a much better method with the size of our house, otherwise, we would have had 15 or so of the monitoring stations around our home.

We have been saving up to have the entire front of our home and back fence landscaped since we moved in a couple of year ago. Harry and Blair came out to the house. Walked the property with us and come up with a design for the front, sides and along the back fence. We put the sides of the house on hold and decided to go with the front and back fence. They worked with us on plant selection. I wanted similar plants that we had in TN. Harry and Blair were very knowledgeable in knowing what plants were in the same family, but better suited for the climate here. In addition to design and planting, we had our downspouts buried out to popups in the yard. We didn't even know something like this was possible. The guys used pvc pipe instead of the black pipe with holes in it. Very professional look and now the water drains away from the house. We also had a border put around the beds. The entire process was terrific. It did take a while because of all the crazy weather this year, but in the end, it was worth it. We LOVE it. Mike (landscape installer) and his crew were so professional and courteous. Great bunch of guys. We have several other landscaping projects we will be doing with them in the near future.

Wasn't as effective as previous provider. Didn't spray porch, had to come back even though it was specified in our contract.

Clear for 3 weeks. Spotted one ant inside and will call back for retreatment.

The associate was assume but the spray hasn't lasted the time it is supposed to last. It is guaranteed with the quarterly package so I need to call and have someone come out and spray again for the spiders and random bugs that have been showing up lately.

Service was professional and efficient.

Service person explained what they saw, what they recommended, and did exactly that. Perfect service with knowledgeable technician.

Both technicians (Justin and Zach) were very hardworking and professional and kept us informed the entire time. They displayed excellent customer services skills. They were here for hours making sure they did a through job. They were very informative and also helped with a snake issue. We were very impressed, we will be using Black Diamond again when we buy our new home because of these professionals.

Its a very good crew, I use Johnathan's crew in which he is the supervisor, he has an excellent crew. They are very thorough do and excellent job of clean up and shubery and bushes and so forth. They are a little pricey but they do good work.

They did a nice job. After seeing evidence of termites, it seemed that the package offered was standard and the price competitive. The workers were efficient and clean.

Great - have used them for several years.

They were able to get pests out of attic and correct any entries or holes that provided access to the attic. They also set up traps for mice in the basement. Both workers were professional and informative. I would use again.

They come around quarterly. I've been using them for 10 years at least.

Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been really nice. I used this company years ago and got the same friendly service.
