They did a termite inspection on the house. He even checked out a storage shed, a tree and re-examined a garage we had treated back in July. Luckily the only thing that was a problem was the shed. All about the plants (vinca) growing on the side of my house (I had no idea what they were). The Inspector was extremely knowledgeable about insects. I was so impressed I will more than likely hire them to treat the house and the shed in january as a precaution. Great Work.

Things go very well with them typically. I had a less than desirable conversation with the owner, I had a pest control issue and there was a lot of finger pointing which wasn't what I was looking for, I was looking for a solution to my problem.

They are prompt and responsive. They do work over again if it isn't to the owners satisfaction. They stand nehind their work and they are extremely easy to work with.

Contact with the company was easy. Set up an appointment. They were prompt and very friendly. The men showed up on time,cleaned up after themselves. Overall good experience. Will use them again.

I don't have bugs right now so that's a good sign. They are professional but they don't respond very well. I had to set up the initial appointment about 3 times. Now that we are going with them we are good. Whoever was scheduling for them was terrible.

They were very informative. I got them from Angie’s list. They were excellent on price and quality. They were excellent. The other companies were not informative like them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Everything went fine. In fact they were very nice because they did the actual work this summer but I had pumpkins growing and they did not want to spray around those. Therefore, they said to call them when the plants died out and they would come and do the job. We called them this week and he came here today and finished the job. In terms of responsiveness, they even called in between to ask if we were ready. I would use their services again in the future.

Our son and daughter-in-law had moved into the lower level of our home, a walkout apartment. The place hadn't been used in a while, and there were sightings of several spiders and miscellaneous odd-looking bugs. We called Black Diamond and they were available within a day or two. They sprayed, explaining what they were doing and what it would control, how long the coverage should last, and when we would see results. The gentleman was courteous and very professional. Overall, I was quite pleased.

We worked with two divisions of the company. The Lawn Care and Landscaping divisions, both were punctional and knowledgeable. The lawn group recommended what to do for our half brown dead yard. They started that day! The cost was a fraction of what we thought it would be, less than $125! Our lawn is so green, I sometime think I am in Ireland. We had a couple of thin spots, which they re-seeded and it is filling out beautifully. Tyler, with the Landscaping group, met with me, listened to my needs; something that looks Great and very low maintenance. He made some suggestions, told me he would e-mail some landscaping designs with an estimate. I received this that evening. We accepted the plans and price. Tyler and another gentleman arrived on time and started working to remove the old. They built up the edges with a small brick wall. Next they placed the shrubs, trees and other plants and before planting, got our approval. After finishing, Tyler explained how to take care of each plant, shrub or tree. All easy! The finished work makes my house look neat and beautiful. Not only are we pleased with the work, but I know my neighbors are pleased also. Several came over and spoke with Travis and ask him for his card.

They were very good. They were prompt on coming out. The technician who came out was really good. I am a nurse, so I have dealt with the people who have been exposed to pesticide, and I have seen the damage it can do. I explained my concerns to him about having kids, and he went over all the safety stuff with me, which was nice. They came out every other month. I will grade them A across the board, and they were good.

They give us routine service, but they always explain what they are doing. They are thorough and there are no problems. I have no reasons to give them a lower grade.

I have used the services of Black Diamond Termite And Pest Control Incorporated on the 5th of July 2011. They spray around my house and around my barn every month.They do an outdoor spray for flees. I cannot beat their price. I dealt with their office in New Albany. They were more reasonably priced. They were punctual and professional. I have had three different guys come and do the work. All the three were super nice and friendly.

After a previous bad experience with another pest control company, I found Black Diamond on Angie's list and hired them to come in. I had to wait a few days for their first visit due to a weekend/holiday, but once they arrived they were very thorough in explanation and effort. They found exactly where my ants were coming in (from multiple outside locations) and attended to those, as well as sprayed inside in case there are some already in the walls that we cannot readily see. I have had ZERO ants since their visit. To make sure things stay this way, we decided to sign a very economical monthly contract with them that I'm told I can readily convert to just quarterly once we're confident things are under control. Monthly visits will be on a regular schedule (day and approximate time) that I can decide upfront... and the same technician will typically be the exterminator coming to my home. I am pleased with their initial work and look forward to working with a company that so clearly presented themselves as an experienced, professional, customer service-minded organization. What a refreshing change!

Arrived on time. Pleasant interaction. Told me what to expect, the following day it may seem like more ants and then you will see less and less. He was right, now I do not see any ants inside. He will come back for one to two months, to treat outdoors since we had so many ants.

We have always been very pleased. I also had a lot of books that were very old and couldn't be washed and they were even able to fumigate those. They have been very cooperative and we are pleased with their service. They are very reputable. In probably thirty years of using them, I've never had a financial disagreement with them or any problem what so ever. They have done everything I've asked them to do. We live in the country and we still don't have any bugs. With a lot of trees and woods around, there are a lot of problems with bugs and mites. So they take care of these problems. I am pleased with the price, I haven't shopped around but I'm perfectly happy with the price.

He was the same person our realtor had. The experience was very good. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and really nice. He was really enthusiastic about his work.

We got swarmed by termites and they treated our house for it. They gave us two or three different options and we chose a one-time treatment plan. They had to drill into the foundation to do all kinds of work, and they were really involved in it. They were fine and did a good job. It was expensive, but I haven?t had any problems so far. I would definitely contact them if we need something else.

They are very professional and nice to talk to. I used them because they had been treating the place I worked. They use booties when they are in the house. I ask the inspector to please check for leaking water pipes since we had such a bad winter. He found a leaking water shut-off valve for me, in the crawl space. I do and would recommend these guys always.

I had terminates swarming in the area of a room addition on the back of my house. I had used the company in the past for termite inspection on house sales. Salesman came out and confirmed that I had termites on the room addition. Did not check any other area. When they came out to treat, they did not even treat the area that had termites. This came to my attention this year when the termites appeared in the same place as last year. I discovered that they had not even treated the damaged area and failed to send me contract. I discovered this year that the backroom was not guaranteed. Had I been aware of this, I would never has hired them.

I think there prices are reasonable. I had a bad infestation at first. But since they have been coming the problem is taken care of. They leave a bill and also send one in the mail as a reminder. They are good about keeping on schedule.

The technician arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Before entering the house, he wore paper booties so he would not track in dirt! He dug around in the dirt, in an attempt to learn the nature of our problem. He explained why he thought we had certain bugs and what he was going to do to remedy the problem. I also signed up for their quarterly treatments which were only 60.00 per quarter! Technician was clean, respectful, hard working and polite. We're very pleased with the service.

They came on time and we didn't see any more ants or many creepy crawlies.

They are priced right. I found them through my home inspector when I bought my house. I liked them then and have continued to use them. They are responsive when you call and are able to make appointments quickly.
