They call before they come and let me know there on their way. It has been very affected. There are very few to none insects that get in the house. At first the mice were still getting in but they came back multiple to make sure that the mice were not coming in.

They do a good job and show up on time. We haven't' had problems since using their services.

I would recommend them. They are professional. We have the brown recluse spider here they showed us what to look out for and where they live. We had a big blue ant and they helped us with that. If you see any bugs after they have been here they will come back out and take care of it.

I wouldn't use anyone else but Black Diamond. We cleaned out my in-laws house that was infested with bugs and I took the things I wanted to keep over to Black Diamond and asked them to fumigate before I took them in my home. They had the job done at a reasonable time and the cost was reasonable. They are always on time and very professional. I just can't say anything negative about them at all. I was very pleased with the service they provide.

They were punctual. Their communication was great. I thought they did a thorough job.

Black Diamond Termite and Pest Control sprayed the outside of my home. I have a maintenance plan with them, they come every three months and take care of any problems. They are prompt to come out and arrive when they say they are going to.

They come out four times a year. They'll come out for any touch ups.
