The feed part went well, but the weed problem still has a way to go - They've been responsive to coming out a second time to treat broad leaf weeds, and now it looks like a third extra time will be needed. So far so good - I'll use them again next season. Cost of the service was for 9000 sg ft of lawn for 6 applications (not including the extra weed control app at no charge).

Description of Work: We arranged to have an inspection of our home and treatment for ants, spiders and mice. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived shortly. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. The company offers several maintenance plans but he did not employ high-pressure sales tactics. He finished up and was out the door and we were very pleased.

Description of Work: Black Diamond came out and identified a new infestation of pests we came home from vacation with. They were able to schedule to treat us on the next day and schedule follow up treatments every month thereafter for 6 months. A few times, they came a day or two earlier than expected and was a little inconvenient, but other than that, they were professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They came out same day to inspect our termite problem and then treated it the following Monday. Very helpful, professional and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control.
