They said they would be here at 8:30 am and they were. The pair were friendly, talked about what location the unit would be located. Every thing went well. They show me how the unit worked. I was very please with the way it turn out.

This company is excellent! Also very safe about moving equipment (down the stairs!) and maintaining a clean work space. We had a new furnace and AC unit installed, and were very impressed. They had given us a quote in August, 2019, and then got us an even better price (and a better unit) in March, 2020.

Always excellent service from BJ Heating and Cooling. Been with them since I bought my house 6 years ago and will continue to do so. Their annual maintenance plan cleans both A/C and furnace, is about twice the value of a regular cleaning, and waives future service calls. All of the employees from scheduling to service are professional, courteous and friendly. Saved me money multiple times by letting me know, proactively, what might be wrong with my system.

Ice cold Saturday in December and of course the furnace goes out. BJ Heating and cooling came out quickly, fixed the problem within a reasonable amount of time and didn’t charge an excessive amount even though it was the weekend. And the serviceman was friendly too.

The service was awesome, you call them and they come out as quick as possible, they are quick, friendly and their pricing were affordable.

consult with company president, Barry Nickles, about scope of work and install procedures to be done for my unit before beginning work. Signed a contract to install new central A/C unit. Service techs promptly showed up to do the work a few days later. From start to finish, this company has been professional, courteous, updating me on work being done as they progressed,. Service techs worked throughout the day to make sure everything was done. After finishing , their operations manager, Robby Scott also came by to inspect the work. Cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. Beginning with the initial consult with Barry Nichols about the central A/C unit I chose to the finished work done by the service installers.

I have been using them for year. I didn't get them from your list. I have had them for quite a few years that is who I use. My furnace wasn't working. They did fix it yes, it was fine.

Great! Fixed blower motor and they didn't try to say that I needed a whole new system like the first company that came out did. It's running great!

I was not even sure who to contact, I fould BJ Heating and Air, read all the reviews and thought I would give them a call. They came out when scheduled, gave me an estimate. They returned later in the week to do the job. They had originally quoted me a price, but when the job was completed they had deducted money off the quote, stated that it did not take as long as they originally projected. I would use this company again, they are honest, prompt, and did a great job installing my vents.

Everything was real smooth A/C unit was working great when we noticed it was not turning off so I called the office that next morning, they sent a service man out within a couple of hours he replaced a defective (new) thermostat and everything is working fine now.

Great. Did not leave any mess behind

The first guy was reasonable in price and said what was wrong and how we could install the thermostat ourselves easily. We bought it and installed it. It didn't work. The 2nd guy said it was not the right thermostat. He charged us 3 times the charge of the 1st guy including a $119 diagnostic fee. I read that others Customers also experienced the need for 2nd service call with the second call being well over priced.

They did a great job. Trey did a fantastic job.

Serviceperson came on time and had problem repaired for less than quoted.

We ended up needing a small part. The technician had it on the truck so in about 15 minutes the furnace was up and running. While here, he checked the air conditioners also, free of charge.

It went very well. They were quick and friendly. A great overall service. The technician was wonderful.
