If you have maintenance agreement you receive a 10 or 15% discount on parts, do not pay for service call fees, you are only charged for parts and labor, and you do not have to pay for overtime charges under this agreement.

+ -1 moreLate evening noticed AC compressor fan not running. Called company number and spoke to answering service, which was expected. Gave details and was called by company next morning. Service scheduled same day and performed with complete professionalism.
Description of Work: Parts to replace AC compressor capacitor. Without service contract, the cost would easily have been $75 to $100 more. So, contract is beginning to pay for itself.

They are usually here when they say they are going to be here. It's a good company. Their price is okay. The quality is good. Their professionalism is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreIt was under warranty; it did not cost me anything. They said it could have been $600 and labor. However, they did not know the part. They did not give me the part. I have used them before. They replaced the air conditioning unit although the warranty had run out a couple of weeks before. So they were very responsive and did the right thing. I will use them in the future.

The tech identified the problem and got it fixed, noting that my system was under warranty - saving me 1200 dollars as I believed the system was out of warranty. I liked the company so much I signed up for a maintenance plan and had additional equipment installed.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN GOOD TO US. WE HAD SOME WATER LEAKAGE AFTER THEY PUT IT IN. WE HAD WATER POOLING AND THEY CAME OUT ON A WEEKEND TO FIX IT. THEY CAME OUT FAIRLY QUICKLY. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND HAVE PUT EFFORT IN MAKING SURE WE ARE HAPPY. WE GOT FOUR OR FIVE ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE CLOSEST TO THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WITH WHAT WE WANTED. WE DID A LOT OF RESEARCH FIRST AND THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE AND QUICKEST TO COME OUT. THAT IS HOW THEY WON OUR BUSINESS.
