I contacted Samsung's website about authorized Samsung service. Even though my tv was out of warranty, and they said it would be my responsibility to call the repair shop, they did recommended a Samsung repair shop near here. The next morning Bee Electronics called me, and we set up an appt. that afternoon. The service man was on time, friendly, and seemed to know exactly what my problem was. In about an hour's time he had my set fixed and running. The cost was $237.70 which I can only assume was fair since I don't have my tv repaired all the time and have nothing to compare the charge to. I was happy with my experience with Bee Electronics and will call them direct in the future.
Description of Work: My tv would not come on right away when I hit the "on" button, and several blank pixels appeared on the screen.
