+ -1 moreI have a brand new printer and a brand new computer and I get anxious very easily so I needed them to come out but I could not afford the $100. So I have to put it off for a while. They were courteous. They send me a fax, which stated what their prices were. They were fine.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Associates in Resource Management about three days ago. I wanted my printer looked at. They charge $47.50 for help over the telephone and $97.50 for them to come out to ones house.

+ -1 moreWe like them a lot. We have a contract with them for IT work. They charge $95 an hour . They are always available when we need them. They are easy to get hold of. We've used them for 10 years and we have always been satisfied. They are a small company and they care about their customers.
Description of Work: We use Associates in Resource Management to do all our upgrades and updates of all of our information technology. They also do any repair work. They last removed a virus from a computer.
