pool cleaners
+ -1 moreAfter 4 weeks, 3 liners, and 60 thousand gallons of water, we still could not swim in our pool. We requested they remove the pool and refund our money, and they did. We purchased the pool at A2O because the price was competitive and the salesman, was exceptional. The equipment was delivered on time. The subcontracted installer arrived within the scheduled timeframe, but his work as shoddy and sub-standard, resulting in an ongoing nightmare of repairs, liner replacements, and re-leveling. A2O was responsive and did what they could to salvage the pool and our business but we were not confident they could correct the damage the subcontractor did. Ultimately, A2O is responsible for the work they have paid someone to perform on their behalf. We are buying a pool somewhere else.
Description of Work: A2O sold and delivered a 30-foot above-ground pool & accessories with pre-paid installation services. The subcontracted installer excavated & leveled the ground, put up the pool, and began filling it. A2O reps replaced the liner after it leaked within 24 hours. They also found that the subcontractor only put in 1/2 of the top rail screws, leaving it flimsy and unsafe. After filling the pool again, we found it out of level, the stainless steel panel buckled, with water sloshing out the skimmer. Mike Hall, General Manager, was responsive and professional in handling the unacceptable installation, and A2O service reps were to completely re-install the pool correctly. What they actually did was dig out around the pool, re-level the uprights, and backfill. It appeared to correct problem, but when we filled the pool for the THIRD TIME, the liner leaked again. Mr. Hall offered to completely re-install the pool.
