Description of Work: This is the 2nd time that Tom's has repaired my front load washing machine. I told them what was wrong over the phone and they ordered the part. They called me a few days later and repaired my machine. Very professional and efficient. I will have them come back again if needed.

+ -1 moreMy fridge had stopped cooling but the freezer was working. The service man knew right away the defrost thermostat had stopped working. They defrosted the freezer and replaced the part with stock from their truck. Has been working fine since then.
Description of Work: Staff very knowledgable and friendly. Servicer was prompt, fixed my refrigerator in one trip!

Description of Work: My high efficiency front load Bosch washing machine started smoking out the back of the machine. I called this company and the receptionist was honest saying that they wouldn't be able to come look at my machine for 3 more days but actually the repair man called me and came a day earlier then first quoted. Repair man was very nice, clean in appearance and in his work. Repair man seemed very knowlegable. He had to order a part for my machine (water pump) but fixed the washing machine so I could do 1/2 loads in the meantime. My washing machine was fixed 4 days later.....good as new. I didn't need any money upfront because repairman said that they would bill me.
