Horrible. I called the company and told them the part that was needed to be replaced. I called with the serial number and model number. So all they had to do was come to my house and replace it. The company told me they would fit me in at 1:00pm. So when I got home from work at 3:00 pm it still wasnt done and the service man had just left. He told my husband he grabbed the wrong part. So I called into their office and asked if I was going to get charged for the extra trip and was told no because it was the service mans fault. When he returned to put on the new part I told him I was worried about how much this was going to be and the service man told me it wouldnt be to bad because the part ran about $99.00. Well he finished. I got the bill a week later and was charged just about $600.00. When I called about the bill I was charged 234.00 for the part that I was told would run 99.00. And that I was charged for the extra trip. When I reminded the woman that she had told me I wouldn't be charged she said that the owner told her to go ahead and charge me because where they got the part, they had given them the wrong one. And then she proceeded to tell me that the service man had no business telling me how much stuff is and even though he wasn't at my house for 4 hours that's what he told them he had been so that's why for labor I got charged 240.00. The woman at the company then said the owner Phil Schroering said the bill is what it is and he will not change it because he was doing me a favor that day by fitting me in. I will never call them for anything again.
