Difficulty getting it scheduled. Vectren just ran gas lines through Jamestown in November. Many people were converting from propane. I had an electric furnace. So my appointment kept getting pushed back. Scheduleing was tenative. Understandable, but frustrating. I didn't get a hard appointment until 2 days prior. They can out and looked at my furnace 3 or 4 days before installing and we discussed required 3 inch PVC venting. This somehow became 2 inch PVC when they installed it. It took 2 phone calls and an email to the manufacturer that this was ok. Better communication would have greatly improved my experience.

Prior to calling Trent, I had another large company come out to diagnose my air conditioning issue. That provider said that I needed a recharge, leak diagnostic, and potentially a new coil, as well as a new capacitor. The total for those repairs was going to be around $3500. I asked Trent out for a second opinion. Tyler Trent was quick to call me back. He was at my house about 2 hours later and quickly found the leak. The repair cost me $562, including the refill on refrigerant. Not once did he trash the competition, even though he did have the chance. He was responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again!

He did our home stuff. He installed our new furnaces and water heater in the past. They have excellent response time. Their service is excellent. The guys are clean. They are knowledgeable. I just know that if I call and tell them my air conditioner is not working, they will fix it and it will work again before they leave. They never leave even if a part has to be brought because they'll have another guy to bring the part. They have a plumbing division too. I've used them for that purpose also. I would use their services again in the future.
