Description of Work: Greetings I purchased a big deal back in march for aeration and overseeding. I received a mass email from the company saying they will start scheduling appointments back in march. However, as if today I have not heard anything back from them. I ended up paying $400 for one of Angie's list a rated vendors and they came the next day and aerated and overseeded the lawn. I will send a review in them today In the interim I would greatly appreciate it if I get a refund for the amount which I believe was $99. This is sad since this is the second time a vendor from big deal does not deliver and I end up paying more Not a super happy customer but still hoping for the best

Description of Work: I CALLED AND MSADE AN APPOINTMENT IN APRIL. NO SHOW BY VENDER. I CALLED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL DEMANDING HE CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP. YOU SHOULD ONLY PREFORM AERATION DURING EARLY SPRING OIR LATE FALL. IT'S TOO LATE NOW AND WILL BE EXPIRED BY FALL. WILL GET SOMEONE ELSE. THANKS
