We were very happy with them. They did good.

This deal worked out well. Scheduling was easy. The worker came out on time and did a good job. No problems at all.

Service was performed based on availability and weather. Aeration was done while away but with good quality; heavy rains may have affected the overseed process as that appears to have had no real effect.

Everything went as planned and to our satisfaction.

So far everything looks good. Need more time to evaluate the results.

After purchasing the Big Deal, we received an email from Dennis letting us know he would contact us with an approximate date of service. Dennis called to schedule the job and ended up rescheduling due to weather. He was really polite, prompt, and professional. He made sure in advance that their equipment would be able to fit through our fence to access the back yard. We assumed the deal would only cover our back yard and were pleasntly surprised when we saw they did our front yard too! We also appreciate them leaving their business card in our mailbox with an Angie's List review form- that will help us contact them to use again in the future. Thanks Dennis!

They did a fine job. There was no problem for me because they didn't take long and they weren't a major distraction for me.

They were very efficient, very nice, and everything was fine. The weather made it very hard for him to come up with a schedule and it had to be changed twice, but certainly not his fault. He did exactly what we expected and he did the aerating and he had someone that came along behind him and did the overseeding and now we are waiting for the grass to come up.

My overall experience was very good.

I don't typically use lawn services, so I don't have a lot of means to compare their work. However, I can say that they were prompt, polite and professional. Hayes got the work scheduled as soon as the weather allowed and completed it as promised. It was all very convenient and saved me the trouble of renting a heavy aerator. If I have a similar need in the future, I will definitely consider calling them.

Dennis provided a bid when requested scheudled dates to install and was completed ontime.

I have used them before and they did a fantastic job; he always does. He is very professional, timely and fair in his pricing.

I have been using them for about three weeks. Dennis is a good guy. I think they're conscientious workers. Everything they have done so far is fine. There is other stuff that he is going to be doing, like snow removal, and I'll see how good he is. I think Dennis is going to be okay. He was out here a good six hours when he did the trimming. So far, he is excellent. But my last guys were real good in the beginning too.

We found Hayes Outdoor Maintenance on Angie's List contacted them for an estimate. Dennis responded and came out for a meeting and to discuss our needs. He provided a written estimate promptly and was very helpful in answering our questions. He started the work when he committed to doing so and we had no issues from start to finish.

He follows through. Everything is actually completed on time. I did straighten out something that wasn't exactly straight. He cleans up after himself. He is very nice.

The service provider conferred with us on the work to be performed, pricing, and offered several recommendations, which we accepted, to improve the overall appearance of the landscape. The service provider was punctual and well organized with a plan for completing the job. He was methodical and thorough. We are extremely pleased with the quality and pricing of the work performed. We would strongly recommend this service provider to others.

Dennis and his helper showed up and started working quickly digging the trenches and laying the tile. It started raining and they worked through it and continued until the job was completed. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend this company to family and friends and I will defiantly use them again.

I was having major grass problems, and, while walking the dogs, I ran across Dennis performing his job on a yard in my Meridian/Kessler neighborhood. I asked if he could look at my yard which he did in a couple of days and agreed to come back the next week. When he arrived at that time we discovered a huge grub infestation. He and his helper worked for a couple of hours and then decided to come back at a later date to finish. He was to follow up with an estimate for both sodding and seeding, which he did. Through no fault of his I did not use him to complete the job. I would use him again - absolutely. He is a hard worker, prompt and easy to work with. And, a really, really nice young man. I can't compare his costs with that of others since I didn't get other estimates. I gladly recommend him.

Dennis and his staff have provided excellent service for all of our outdoor needs for the last several years. His landscaping and lawn work is meticulous and he cleans up all of his work. Our lawn looks wonderful every time! Dennis keeps me informed of any issues regarding the lawn and landscape as well as any weather related schedule changes. All services are performed in a timely manner. Our neighbors are envious of beautiful lawn! It is great to have someone you can count on whether the job is big or small. We have used him for the lawn, spring and fall cleanups, and gutter cleaning and it has been perfect every time! His prices are quite reasonable and vary by the job. Dennis gives free estimates and has fair prices! I have never had this quality of work from any other company!
