About us

We are a small local company that has just a couple of employee's that understands that quality and customer satisfaction is our means of survival. We are fully insured and we offer a 10% discounts for those over 65. We also have a referral program, so that when a new customer gets alarm service, you recieve a free month of monitoring. We require payment upon work completion, but for contractual work we do net 15 for services rendered and 50/50 payments on new construction work.

Randy installed a new cable TV drop in a newly remodeled bedroom. He was very professional, his quality was excellent, and his price very reasonable. He came over on short notice, arrived even a little early and did the work quickly, fishing the cable through the walls so nothing showed. He even took the time to hide the cable on the outside of the house, as weall as the other TV and phone cables that had never been hidden before. Looks much better now! Great work and I'd definitely use Randy again.

We highly recommend Indy Home Technology. Randy went above and beyond what we expected. We will be switching our alarm company to this company as well as having him replace our intercom.
Description of Work: Called Randy about my intercom not working and making loud static noise. He came out within a couple of days and eliminated the static and reconnected our doorbell. He also emailed us a quote to replace the main intercom unit. While he was here he looked at my security alarm and corrected an error message I had been receiving. (Alarm company wanted to charge me $85 service call fee and $65/hour to fix) Randy fixed it for free!

I was happy to be able to help the Member's with the issues they where having. I am firm believer in customer satisfaction and I do what I can to make that happen. I also try to be as reasonable as possible with costs for repairs. I am pleased to know that they will keep Indy Home Technologies, Inc. in there minds when they can switch out of there current contract for alarm monitoring and when they need more low voltage work done. I include service with my monitoring for alarm, and see no need to charge above the regular monthly fee to take care of my customers. Thank you.

Great experience. Very knowledgable. Friendly and professional. Did not rush to get the work completed. More focused on doing the job correctly.
Description of Work: Sorted through the coax cable in our attic that had been added over the years, removing unnecessary cable and making it more defined, improving cable signal strength.

Called him in early afternoon, he said he had a meeting and would call me back after that. He did so,and offered to come and do the service later the same day. Gave me a price over the phone before coming out. He made it over in early evening, got the job done, cleanly and courteously. Price was as quoted. Great job!
Description of Work: Had him add a Cable TV jack in the kitchen where there was none. Came and got the job done the same day I first called him.

We had to call them back to do some additional programming for us. They were very professional and very technically knowledgeable. All areas were left clean and they made every effort to cover any signs of the installation. They also do phone, cable, and intercom systems. We would use them again and will recommend them.

RANDY WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFICIENT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.
