When we did our new home build we knew no one one else would build our cabinets. Eric worked with me to come at a convenient time and he spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem--which, unfortunately, cant be fixed until warmer weather. In the meantime, however, he did everything he could to help stop the leaking. We were extremely impressed by how much time he took to analyze the situation and how kind he was to do whatever he could to take care of it temporarily before it can be fixed in the spring. It involved adding temporary walls to support the weight as he installed 2 14' laminated beams, not an easy task. This opened up our kitchen into an adjacent room give us a completely different look and feel. He also removed about 500 sq ft of tile and cement board. He will be coming back to install continuous wood floor. Mike was willing to divide work into phases, allowing us to manage spending better. All that work was accomplished in 5 working days! We are very pleased with his work, he was great to work with and professional. He also came in under his budget estimate."
