 + -1 moreAmy does an excellent job. She seems to have a little turnover with her employees but she has always been on site and whenever things have been missed I have always been able to point them out and she not take offense.

 + -1 moreWe have used Amy's services to clean our house for the past year. She had problems with a revolving door of employees, but we stuck with her because she was so responsive. Recently, however, the service has been slipping and she has implemented new policies that both raise her rates and limit her service. Under her new policy, she will charge additional fees for tasks deemed outside the ''regular Service''. Dusting dressers and other room furniture, shaking out rugs, or checking a light for visible cobwebs are considered outside this basic service and would cost additional fees. I will no longer be using Amy's service because $80 is too much to pay for someone to only come and vacuum my floors.
Description of Work: Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting. When we first started using Amy's service, they would basically clean whatever you asked them to clean--you paid for their time by the hour. Occasionally, I might have one of the girls clean out the refrigerator, wipe the kitchen cabinets down, or put new sheets on the beds.
