Jeff came out in timely manner and completed the work. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. The price and the quality of the work was great.

Jeff was extremely prompt in all communication. His estimate was thorough. He was careful to do exactly what we wanted done and knew the best way to do it. He cleaned up perfectly and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. To top it off, Jeff is a nice person and easy to work with.

Jeff returned my call promptly. We spoke and exchanged text messages on May 3rd. He said he'd be in my area the following day for a job but he'd swing by to take a look at the work I needed done and then he could provide an estimate later. When I didn't hear from him for a week, I texted Jeff on May 11th. In his reply he asked that I refresh his memory about the work I showed him. He said he'd get back to me later in the day. I never heard from him again. Jeff seemed nice enough but perhaps unorganized or just didn’t want to do the work I requested.

Jeff was hired to repair some drywall in my garage and did a fabulous job. It looks great and he was professional, timely, and great to work with. I have several other projects that Jeff completed as well. Jeff is now my go to for everything

Jeff and his team did a great job. All of the items on my list were completed in a reasonable time frame and to my satisfaction. I didn't have all the necessary equipment, so Jeff went to local hardware store so that the job would be done that day. Price was very fair; and as a single woman I felt very comfortable with his work. And, on his way out the door, he realized it wasn't locking easily....so he just fixed that too. So nice!!

I called Zo Construction on Wednesday (11-18-20) and spoke to some name Jeff. I stated that I had exterior work that needed done. He asked me what kind of work ------ I stated that it was gable/soffit repair. He stated that he would have to get back with me. I gave him my name and phone number. It is now Friday (11-27-20) and still no communication on Jeff's part after my phone call to him on 11-18-20. Apparently, communication on the part of contractors is not a high priority. I could write a book on this topic but no one would read it. A simple phone call on his part and meet in person with the potential customer would have meant a lot!

Jeff and his crew were awesome to work with. He communicated regularly, worked in a timely manner, set appropriate expectations and was really proud of the awesome job he did. He even hooked me up with a cleaning team who can come on a regular basis. I'm hoping the next project will be to build a desk in a closet space I have. Definitely will hire him again. You won't be disappointed with Jeff and his work.

Needed help identifying source of occasional water in kitchen and laundry room

He came to my house and I spent time showing him the 3 or 4 projects I needed done. He told me I would get pricing the next day. When the pricing never came, I sent him a few texts to which he didn’t respond. I finally called him (I’m trying to give this guy my money and have to chase him!) and he said he had the numbers pulled together and would send the over right away. Didn’t send anything - never heard from him again. Waste of time.

Jeff was on time. His price was reasonable and based on the job. He was professional and told me what he would do, and did just that. I would hire him again if necessary.

Very well. I have used Zo construction for various jobs over the past 2 years. I have been very satisfied with their work, and feel they are reasonably priced. I would recommend them of handyman type work and any other jobs that they are able to do.

Jeff is the best! His workmanship was excellent, he was pleasant to work with, cleaned up after he was done with the new deck...planning to use Jeff for other projects around the house.

Glad you asked. One refused the job after I finally called them and the other never responded. Found my own contractor and got the work done. First and last experience with Angies list

Jeff and his team did great work, able to address both plumbing and drywall need in a timely manner for a good price. Would definitely work with them again.

Troubleshooting outside Water Spicket

He was on time for his appointment and proceeded to work. When extra costs arose he was reasonable about those also only charging a portion of the extra materials.He completed the work professionally and in a timely manner.I would hire him again.

Zo Construction done a wonderful job. Repaired handrails on a wheelchair ramp painted. Tore down an overhang awning that’s been there for years. Cleaned up all the trash including trash around the yard and took it to the dump for me!!! Fantastic job as usual will always use as construction for my projects around my mansion. Thank you Zo Construction for Wonderful experience.

Fast and efficient work. They even cleaned up all the old fence and got rid of it. I even had a dead rose bush in the way and they even got rid of it for me! I am going to use them for more odds and ends that need done around my house.
