Description of Work: Removed wallpaper in two bathrooms. Got both done in 4 hours! I had purchased a big deal for $99 for 4 hours wallpaper removal for each bath. I knew from prior experience how difficult it was to remove wallpaper in our house, and they got it done in the 4 hour timeframe! I'm happy either work and will use Jeff for the next step.... Painting!

Description of Work: It was difficult to get job scheduled, in part due to wet weather. However, I finally had to ask if they wanted to cancel, in order to get a response. When they finally arrived, they did a pretty good job, although they left a fair amount of scraped paint behind in my foundation landscaped beds. I feel that they were in an real hurry and under a lot or pressure to fulfill and wanted only to fulfill their "Big Deal" obligations. I still have plenty of chipping trim paint. They were not able to finish the job in one day. I said I'd be happy to hire them to finish the job, to come back a second day. I don't think that interested them.

Description of Work: Jeff never called me and I always had to call me. Every phone call he said he would check his schedule and call me back. He never ever called back. I would call him and again he would say he would check his schedule and call back. Never ever return a phone call when he said he would. And, he was extremely rude on the first call until I told him I had purchased through Angie's List. Very poor. I call Angie's List and was referred to another provider. Jeff never did the job.

Description of Work: To start Jeff did not receive my email through Angies List, so I contacted him directly. He was nice and responsive. they ran a bit behind to start the project, but worked the full(contracted)8 hours. I have a 2 story lower level brick, upper level siding and wanted the shorter sides of the house painted and if time left to begin painting the front of the house. I am sure it was a long day for them. The sides of the house look great (prep work had to be done on one side), the front has to be redone as there were shadows (?) in places that looked like either the paint obsorbed completely or not enough paint was used. Overall, I like Jeff and his cohort. I would def. use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal for 2 painters for a day to paint the exterior of a rental property. The job was done well and I would hire them again. Only thing I would ask to improve is a follow up when the painters were almost finished so I could have an opportunity to get over there to see the work before they left in the event I wasn't happy with something. Overall really good experience, thank you!

Description of Work: HE INSTALLED A NEW ATTIC PULL DOWN STAIRS. CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BUT THE WORK IS RATHER SLOPPY. DAMAGED THE OLD FRAME WHEN REMOVING IT AND DID NOT GET IT BACK ON IN THE SAME PLACE. DID NOT GIVE A RECIEPT AT THE TIME OF WORK AND PAYMENT.

Description of Work: It took several weeks to finish the job. His subcontractors waited for several hours on two occasions for him to arrive with the paint. Paint was spilled in a couple of places on the sidewalk and not cleaned up.He worked us in between other jobs.
