Quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Person was late every day for different reasons; damaged tile on floor cutting baseboard; had to do plumbing to connect to vanity but did not reinstall the on/off values on plumbing; put electric tape on plumbing; did not cut baseboard so that vanity would fit in place; had to hire someone else to fix baseboards, plumbing and mount vanity to wall. He was a very nice guy but his work ended up costing us more money & time at the end of the day. The job ended up not being able to be complete because one of drawers wouldn’t close so the backsplash was unable to be installed.

Jordon called when he arrived and did a good job installing the drapes and rods.

Tear down old fence and replace with new fence

Jeff has done several jobs for me over the past year --- including installing a new stove hood, fixing a leak in roof around the chimney flashing and power washing my deck and garage. He is reliable and always does excellent work at a reasonable price.

I had a leaky faucet I decided to do it myself my wife wanted me to call a handyman no way I can handle this boy I was wrong Jeff showed up got me out of the doghouse the faucet doesn’t leak made both of us happy I will not call no one but Jeff

Needed new gutters had several people take a look there was a certain way I wanted them done Jeff took his time why I explain that to him and did a beautiful job I will not call nobody but Jeff in the future

It went very well, will most definitely use service in the future.

Jordan was great about working with my schedule and some last minute changes due to things coming up. Arrived on time and got right to work. Went above and beyond when issues came up and made sure that each job was completed with top quality work. Will definitely call when I am ready to accomplish my next project.

Jeff took care of everything as needed in a timely manner. We had a miscommunication of what items needed to be completed and once I informed him of the missing work, he returned to the job site right away and completed the final task. Very happy with his services.

Zo Construction done a wonderful job. Bricks removed and fixed. Capped the top, So that no mother nature critters to get inside. Job was done it’s timely fashion debris was removed was a fantastic job

Showed up on time and did the job right. Price was more than fair. Has great customer service and will definitely be using him again in the future!

I called him last week and he told me he would not be available until today Thursday but would call Sunday evening if he would be available any earlier. No call back so I waited until last night, Wednesday, to call him about when he would be here today. He told me he didn't have his schedule in front of him and would call me first thing in the morning. He texted me @ 10:16 am Thursday today to say "Hello this is Jeff with Zo construction. I checked my schedule today there is no way I can make it today. If you still need my services please let me know thank you" This is his word for word response. I advised him that he could have saved me time and anguish by not giving me a date that he agreed to do the work. I advised him of this review and also on Social Media. This months Consumer Reports has an article on just how to handle issues like these. Consider reading it and how it advises us to and how to use Social Media to complain. I have no idea of his work only his lack of dependability.

It went okay. Responses were spotty but Im just glad the job is done. The work was fair. I feel like we could have done it on our own looking at the product. But would hire again but because they did the job and followed through with it at a reasonable price.

I hired Zo's Construction to rebuild slightly over half of my deck. Jeff McGaha was very responsive and was able to work me in quickly around another large job. He and his crew did great work and it looks fantastic! Several larger deck companies told me they would have to tear down the entire deck (even though only part was in bad shape and they hadn't even seen it) and couldn't work me in until November! Jeff also completed several other small projects at the time; he added a railing at my request and fixed the gate of my fence. I will definitely be hiring Zo's Construction again.

I spoke on the phone earlier in the week with Jeff and agreed on a time to meet and go over what needed to be done. I was thrilled that he was going to be able to meet the same week, especially after I told him we had been dealing with some flaky and unreliable contractors in trying to get our projects done. I told him I could be flexible and meet him whenever it worked best for him. Per his request, I texted him the next day with the address and attempted to confirm the time we agreed on. He didn't respond. I tried calling him twice on the day we were supposed to meet, to verify he got the address I sent and was still coming out. I called him at both the cell number he gave me, and then at the Angie's List's number I spoke to him on originally. He didn't answer either call, or return them after I had left a voicemail. I texted him one last time after he was 25 minutes late to the time we agreed on, and asked if he was still coming. He never responded. The kicker is his listed business address on here is less than 1 mile from our house. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people's time. The least he could have done would have been to call or send a text message to tell us he needed to reschedule or wasn't interested in the job.

Work completed in one day. Porch and exterior wood trim much improved.
