No show, no call. Must not need the business.

Everything went well overall and I was completely satisfied with the service provided.

It was a great experience. We talked about all of the projects, the reasons I needed each one done and my desired outcome. Since I don't have a vehicle to transport the sheets of lattice and boards needed for all the projects, he made a trip to the hardware store to get everything required. He did a great job on all the projects and made design changes as needed to make sure nothing else in the laundry room, garage or yard was blocked and all worked as expected. At the end of the day, we covered everything he'd done and he cleaned up the areas he worked in. I plan to have him back to do the other items on the list and I've added more items to the list. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

It did not go. We got one visit in which he took samples of the shingles that had blown off the roof. He said he would get shingles ordered and be back in about a week. It is now over three weeks later and we have heard nothing. I simply don't trust having work done by someone that does not have the professionalism to call and alert you that for whatever reason they have hit a "bump" and will not be able to get to you as expected. I want my money refunded and I will start my search again for roofing services.

I have to say Jeff and his team were AWESOME! he was friendly, professional, and very detailed with his work. He did such a good job I asked him if he could do another repair not orignally included in the request. He graciously did and did not charge me anyt extra since he was able to get the drywall repair complteted faster than anticipated. I have finally found a "Handy Man" to use on my rental properties. I am VERY HAPPY with Jeff and his Team and would not heisitate to use recommend them to a friend in the future.

Jeff and the crew had to work around some weather as it rained a couple of the days they were scheduled to begin. When there was a break in the weather they worked fast and did great finishing the job. They required only minimal guidance. We wanted to have our home freshly painted before we put it on the market, which meant that Jeff was working on a deadline before the home was listed. He finished well ahead of it. The house looks great and is ready to sell! I'll use him again in our new place for sure. Mike

We had some communication problems at first, and problems with the provider remembering the service appointment dates, but when he finally made it out, he was very professional, down to earth and friendly. He got out his ladder, climbed up onto the roof, and advised us of a couple shingles missing, and pointed out several areas of hail damaged roof, and due to the age, said a new roof should be put on before winter. He also climbed into the attic and checked it out, noting that the attic area was in pretty good shape, showing no areas of leakage or distress. He also said that if and when we called an insurance company out to check for damage, he would also come back and point out the problem areas, marking the damage with chalk.

The originally company we bought this deal from was unresponsive. You then found this deal, from Jeff's Handyman and Painting, and he is unresponsive as well. It takes him 2-3 days between each email to respond back and we're not interested in working with someone like that - doesn't make them very reliable or dependable.

As stated above it was an excellent experience and very professional.

Good inspection and gave pictures to go along with report. Had him come back to paint our front porch. Did a great job and came back to fix bubbles in the paint due to moisture - at his discretion, we were out of town when he finished!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. He did a pretty good job.

Original appointment was for 4/3 at 2pm. Since it was pouring rain and he would not be able to provide roofing services and I did not want to miss work, I contacted him to re-schedule. Said he would be in the area on Sat 4/5 mid-morning. I agreed this was a good time. Never showed up at anytime on Sat 4/5 and I was home all day. Never called to re-schedule or tried to reach out through Angie's list e-mail. This is completely unacceptable service and I would not recommend using this provider.

Excellent job very professioal ---response delayed due to unplanned obligation-very acceptable reasons--rescheduled --would have liked a more definite time frame, but he did show up the day he promised. Did a inspection with pictures of problems--quoted price and deducted price of inspection. Offered to do job the next day which wass a Sunday--Did not expect him to offer to do it on a Sunday, but since he offered I agreed. I mentioned that aanother company (Mr Quick' s) had said that the main electrical line to the house was loose and would need repair (estimate 1500 dollars) . I mentioned this so Jeff would be careful around the wire as we did not have Mr Quick do the work. Jeff did a beautiful job on the chimminey and took pictures of the completed work. repaired the hole in the chimminey and checked the wiring --found it was not in the wires, but in the roof where water had seeped in. Gave us an estimate and when we agreed, got the supplies and repaired the damage Again took picture and showed us the work.

He was friendly, he did the work and I have no complaints.

Jeff came by the house assessed the job. There was a mix up with the day that he was going to do the ceiling. I contacted Jeff to reschedule the date and he said he was busy at the time but would call me back to reschedule. I have called him several times and left messages. He has not returned my phone calls or called me to reschedule and it has been three months now. Since the job was suppose to be done and stile not done. I am not happy with this level of service. I would also like my money back for service I did not receive.

Jeff was able to determine quickly the problem with our roof and suggested a way to make sure the roof would never leak again. He was the first professional to suggest a permanent solution. After repairing the roof he then repaired the bedroom ceiling so that you can't tell any damage was ever done. We appreciate his competence, honesty and friendliness. We were well pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing work on their house.

He has done really good work for me and it’s not normally very expensive. He actually came after hours.

Used Jeff's Handyman as part of a Big Deal. Jeff actually came to my house twice as part of the deal. Did the inside work first and we were happy with the minor repairs he made in several spots around the house. Did not have a drywall sheet to repair a spot in the garage and offered to come back at a later time and not charge me for the drywall sheet. That was a nice gesture. The one area I would have liked to see performed that wasn't was in texturing the drywall repair in the garage to match the rest of the finished garage. All in all, I was satisfied and would not hesitate to have Jeff do work for me in the future.

It turned out fine. He was timely and professional. He cleaned up and did a really good job.

this gentleman covered more ground than I anticipated in his 4 hrs. here. he was very personable. kept busy and seemed to have a lot of home improvement experience.

I look forward to working with Jeff in the future. He was reliable,professional & he gave me a very fair estimate for the job, I told Jeff that he had been an angle to me in during a very stressful time in life. I had previously hired a guy to do roof repairs on my chimney and step flashing. They had my entire chimney disassembled, all siding off, all step flashing off and it was completely exposed to the weather. Then this guy got sick or at least that was his story. I don't here from him in days and the started the project almost 2 weeks ago without completing the job,I was really starting to get nervous because we had bad weather on the way. This is when I reached out to Jeff. I called Jeff on a Sunday and explained my situation. He was amazingly supportive and he was willing to come out the very next day to help me. He arrived first thing in morning,he was confident about doing this job for me even though it was going to be a very challenging project to. I trusted that he was up for the challenge, he said it would be no problem for him to do because he had a lot of experience with roofing and siding. He also gave me a very fair price and was willing to drop everything due to my situation and help me get my chimney secure in the next day or two since we had bad weather coming!Now this is guy whom I never met before that day but yet he went well over and beyond his call a duty to accommodate me because my roof was exposed.I felt blessed that I had someone to help me get out of this bind. I agreed to hire him on the spot!! However when I called the guy back that I originally hired to do the work to let him know I was going to hire someone else he assured me he would have someone come out the next day to finish the job. I was so upset because of the bind he put me that I really didn't want this guy to finish the job because of the bind he put me. However I had already put 50% down and really to go with someone was going to cost me $300.00 more in the long run. So I called Jeff back right away to explain my situation. I told him I was given this crew until tomorrow to fix the chimney if they did not show I would call him to do the job. He was very understanding about my situation,I felt so bad and really wish I had the extra $300 because Jeff really deserved this job!! The crew did show up the next day to finish the job so I did not need to hire Jeff to do it. I called Jeff back to inform him of this and I told him when I ever need anything done to my house I would call him!! He was my saving grace and I will never forget that!! Thanks Jeff! We need more service people like you in the world!!

Jeff was professional and friendly. The job he did was very nice, and I would most certainly recommend him and hire him again in the future. He seemed to want to please the customer, plus he was versatile. I thought the price was very fair for the work done. Hr also called back to make sure I was satisfied with everything....which I am!
