Description of Work: Jeff went above and beyond on fixing my barn. The lady that painted my barn was wondeful. I was completely impressed and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Jeff was punctual for the appt. He took pictures of the caulking he did on the roof, so I could see the work he did. He was professional and friendly. A few shingles needed replaced, so he said he could come back for an extra fee to replace the shingles (he had to come back because I didn't have any shingles on hand). Instead of purchasing shingles and charging me, when he came back, he had found shingles that matched our roof and didn't charge me any more than the trip fee. He was knowledgable and performed good work.

Description of Work: Set up a date for them to come to give me an estimate to clean out my gutters but they never showed up nor called me back

Description of Work: Bought a big deal for 3hrs drywall repair. | |Before buying the big deal I asked the question was 3hrs enough time to skim coat a room and gave the deminstions of the room. The response I got was yes it would be. When I was ready to schedule the work I called a couple of times to get it scheduled. The first time it was scheduled Jeff called the day before needing to reschedule. (I had taken the day off work to have this done). On the day we rescheduled for Jeff showed up about an hour late. I was having kitchen cabinets installed that day so I had a lot going on. He came in and I showed him what needed to be done. I left him to get started. About an hour later he came to me an said this job was more than he could handle. He had called a buddy of his to come and help him. However it would be another $150. I needed to get the work done ASAP so I agreed to let his friend help. I asked if it would get the room paint ready. The answer was that I would have a little sanding to do. When the job was finished there was the entire room to sand down and I was told that there would be some low areas that would need to be refilled and sanded. Too late to back out now. It was a huge job to get the room ready for paint. After thinking about the job I called Jeff again to ask what exactly I got for for the $99 I paid for the big deal. He did not do any of the work. He said he would refund my money. I have yet to see my refund. |In all fairness, while we were waiting for his friend to get here, Jeff did repair an area in a half bath where a peditsal sink needed to be mounted. He also repaired some nail holes in that room.

Description of Work: Jeff arrived just after 9- all ready to get started on the assortment of tasks that I had planned for the day. Pictures were hung. Sheers and curtains were taken down- and different curtain rods and curtains and sheers were hung. New bathroom fixtures were mounted in the guest bathroom. A new handheld shower head was installed. During that time Jeff and I had the opportunity to have the chance to have some friendly conversation. Unfortunately, I did not have all the needed supplies- even though I thought I did. So Jeff said that he would come back and finish the 8 hour day on a day that we both agreed would work in our schedules. He did not have to extend that courtesy to me- but he was willing to do that for me. I would hire Jeff in a heartbeat any time I have work in the future! He kept busy and didn't waste a minute! A great worker- and a friendly and considerate gentleman.

Description of Work: When he finally got here, it was fine-except he was only here about 10 minutes. I had trouble getting him to respond to e-mails and finally get here..........

Description of Work: Repair drywall in laundry room damaged by wallpaper removal - took longer than the 3 hr deal had to return for addl 3 hrs to complete the repair - essentially had to pay for "drying" time and I had to sand the repair work - didn't understand that from get go - but the work done was very good
