From the sales person , customer service and the installers Ronnie and Alex it was a wonderful experience

I had two wireless electric blinds installed today, and the installers, Ronnie and Alex, were excellent and professional. The shades are very nice quality and provide a clean appearance covering the sliding doors, and they look like they were built-in to the frame. All went great and fast, and they look very nice, so I can recommend Zinga's!

This is the second time we have used Zinga’s for our window coverings (we moved homes). Love the products and service we have received from purchase to install. Jeremy was fantastic and took the time to explain how our new products work.

Installation by Chris was great! To overcome the uneven drywall finishing of the windows, he had to make many adjustments setting the shutters and caulking the frames and kept at it until everything looked right. He did such an amazing job; the shutters look fantastic! Thanks, Chris; it was a pleasure working with you!

Taylor from Zingas helped us out from beginning to end. Ordered shutters and roller shades. Products came in earlier than expected and thanks to Taylor were installed sooner also. Zingas has been very helpful, competitively priced and said they would price match if I found a better deal somewhere else. Would recommend them to anyone

My entire experience with Zinga’s has been exceptional! Taylor was a delight to work with at my sales appointment and throughout the purchasing process. The measurements he took were spot on. Taurie kept me posted on the status of my order and worked with me to find the perfect time for the installation, as I work from home. Keith and Mark are personable and cordial. They went straight to work, installed everything to perfection, answered all my questions, taught me how to use the remotes, and charge the blinds’ motors. They cleaned up and took out the packaging when they left! Zinga’s gets an enthusiastic 10 out of 10 from me!

The estimated time given from purchase to installation was several weeks off (it did say “estimated” on contract). Given the supply and labor issues everyone is facing, I can understand. It was just disappointing. I wish they would have said 10-16 weeks instead of 8-10 then my expectations wouldn’t have been so high. They replaced my blinds no problem and my patio screens are great. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them, just don’t be in a rush.

I have been trying for a year to get a screen for my lanai, first one was made wrong, had holes in it and fell out of the ceiling and ripped by pool screen, 2nd one was a reorder on the exact same thing as the first one, 3rd one is 4 inches short at the top to account for the pitch in my pool cage. If they could not help me they should not have sold me the product, now here we are, a year later, $1000 poorer with a crappy screen on my $70k pool and the company will not even call me back. BUYER BEWARE!! Don't be stupid like I was, find another company. Also that lifetime warranty?? Non existent.

CJ was pleasant and helpful when we were making choices. Happy with the blinds and Nick was very professional with the install. Pleased with our purchase.

This could not have been easier. Taylor was super professional. He provided every sample and reasonable accommodation we could have asked for and got the perfect panel blinds selected for our sliding glass door. 10 out of 10 would recommend working with this team for any service that they provide!

Andrew, Keith, Jake , and Corey were excellent! They showed up right when they said they would, worked very quickly throughout the day even though is was a really big job. I would highly recommend them! Very appreciative of their clear communication and explanations about the products post install.

Zinga’s provided us with a quality product. Ronnie and Joe did an excellent job installing our new blinds. They were prompt and easy to communicate with. They explained how the blinds work, including the blackout shielding, they were responsive to our needs and very kind and neat. We would definitely recommend Zinga’s if you are looking for window/door treatments for your home. The blinds work and are the perfect color for the 25 foot span overlooking our lanai.

Everything went very well. Gregg C., the installer, arrived on time and completed the work in less than an hour. He was courteous and friendly, too. The window treatments look great! The cost includes materials and labor.

Kieth and Andrew did a great job installing our porch screens. The quality of the product, ease of use and the screens just look great. My only negative comment is unpainted lumber used to make the screens fit the large openings. Painting the lumber would have given a complete finished look.
