Mr. Sauter was extremely easy to work with, courteous, and very professional. He thoroughly examined our fireplace system and determined that we had problems related to both the initial construction of the chimney and also blockages from bird nesting. After providing us with options and estimated costs, he handled the work effectively and efficiently. He even went beyond the scope of the project to assist in nailing down some siding trim that had come loose around the chimney top. Mr. Sauter was very attentive to keeping our home clean during the chimney sweeping process. He also cleaned the roof, the gutter, and the ground of all debris that had been removed from the chimney. He took all debris away with him. We were very pleased with the final outcome of Mr. Sauter's work and would definitely call upon him and his company, if such services were needed again.

They were very punctual and professional, and I don't think that there was a spot left in my den after they were done. They were great!

They were on time, tarped the inside of both my fireplace and external areas, polite, and he noticed a concern on my gas flue and wrote an estimate for that.

Joe was wonderful -- easy to work with, friendly, clean and fast! He took the time to explain the process to me and even how to work my chimney flue. He was great - I would recommend him and use him again. He even delivered the bill dressed up in a top hat and tails when I teased him about being in Mary Poppins!!

It was a good experience despite the fact that one of the caps had to be readjusted because it did not fit properly. I called and left a message that the cap did not seem to be fitting properly. My call was promptly answered, and the owner came out and immediately fixed the problem. I was expecting some problems with them wanting to fix it, but I got none. It was nice to find out that there are companies who take pride in a job being done right.

We are very pleased with the work done by the tech from Your Chimney Sweep. He did an excellent job of identifying the problem and made some simple changes that made a world of improvement in the operation of both or our fire places. We would definitely contact them again for any problems we might have with our fireplaces.

Buck showed up on time, called ahead, got work done quickly and without leaving a mess. Recommended not to use second (unused) fireplace before getting repairs done, but did not try to sell repair work for a fireplace we're not planning on using.

Had to leave a message for an appointment, but call was promptly returned and services and fees were clearly laid out in advance. Chimney sweep was very friendly and was quick and neat about his work. He gave me lots of pointers on how to properly maintain a fireplace.

Mr. Sauter was on time, explained the inspection process and results clearly, very thorough in cleaning and inspecting the cleaned chimney as well as a second chimney. Cleaned up completely when finished. We were very pleased with the service.

Showed up on time, very courteous and friendly. Installed the damper on the roof during winter, which was greatly appreciated. I would use them again quickly.

From the call to make the appointment, to leaving our house, it was a very efficient and friendly experience. They were friendly and very CLEAN. They were on time, in fact a bit early. Since our son is the fire tender at our home, the sweep explained how to properly open and close the damper to him.

Would not even look at it. Said they would call in the Spring.

BEFORE THEY CAME OUT, THEY ADVISED US THAT THE CHIMNEY SWIFTS WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE ON THEIR OWN BEFORE THE CHIMNEY COULD BE CLEANED. THEY OFFERED TO COME OUT AND CONFIRM THAT CHIMNEY SWIFTS WERE THE PROBLEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN, WE GOT THEIR NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

WE CALLED YOUR CHIMNEY SWEEP FOR A SECOND OPINION AFTER ANOTHER FIRM TOLD US WE'D HAD A CHIMNEY FIRE. JOE INSPECTED THE CHIMNEY WITH VIDEO EQUIPMENT AND VERIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS APPROACH AND PROFESSIONALISM (HE IS A CERTIFIED SWEEP--THE OTHER FIRM IS NOT) AND HIRED HIM FOR THE JOB. JENNIFER IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY PLEASANT IN HELPING US SCHEDULE THE JOB. JOE AND BUCK RETURNED TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY, TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS THEY DID IT, TOOK CARE TO KEEP THE FAMILY ROOM CLEAN, WORKED STEADILY ALL DAY, AND COMPLETED THE JOB. WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING SOME SAFE FIRES THIS WINTER.

ON TIME. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. JOE WAS VERY CHALLENGED BY OUR ONE OF A KIND WOOD-BURNING STOVE AND ITS INSTALLATION WHICH MADE CLEANING VERY DIFFICULT. HE PATIENTLY ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND METHODICALLY TOOK THE COMPONENTS OFF AND CLEANED THE STOVE COMPLETELY, EVEN PARTS OTHERS BEFORE HIM NEVER TOUCHED. COMMUNICATED ALL HIS ACTIONS SO WE LEARNED RIGHT ALONG WITH HIM. IT TOOK HIM LONGER THAN PLANNED SO HE HAD HIS OFFICE CONTACT ALL THE DAY'S CUSTOMERS. AFTER COMPLETING THE STOVE, STILL PATIENTLY ATTACKED OUR 40 FOOT DRYER VENT WITH HIS VERY COOL VENT CLEANER SET-UP. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SNOWING OUTSIDE WITH ALL THE LINT. THE DRYER NOW DRIES A LOAD OF JEANS IN 40 MINUTES INSTEAD OF 1 1/2 HOUR. INSTALLED ATTRACTIVE DRYER VENT COVER. WITH ALL THE EXTRA CHALLENGES AND TIME, THE CHARGE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY ROUTINELY FOR THIS WORK FROM NOW ON.
