Bob provided excellent and thorough services. Our initial home inspection revealed several issues, and Bob provided us with a thorough report. After we were able to negotiate with the sellers on what would and would not be fixed, Bob came back in and re-inspected the repairs to ensure it was done correctly. Bob has been very flexible with us, and he is very professional. I would recommend this service, and will use Bob for any inspections we may need in the future! A+

Bob did an amazing job, I have worked with him multiple times, and every time I am blown away with his work! I have never met anyone who puts me at ease and does such a thorough job! Bob provided a very thorough inspection of the home we are purchasing and left no stone unturned. Despite the wet weather, he inspected the roof and the crawl space and noted every corner. Robert showed up on time did our inspection found a couple things that needed fixed and he was here about 4 hours. He is very therough at his Job. We have used him in the past and was very pleased then and have since past his name on to anyone we know that is buying or selling a home. One thing you get with Robert that you dont get with most home inspectors is that he can do it all from home inspection,structural inspection, well and septic as well as termite. Its a 1 call you get it all service that very few inspectors are qualified to do.He well worth the money he spent 4 hours inspecting our 1250 sq ft home on a slab...

I called and left a message and Mr. Young called me back later that same day. We discussed my needs and he explained his services. After discussing the prices of his services, I spoke with my husband and decided to move forward with Mr. Young. Within 72 hours, Mr. Young was at my home performing his services. He met us before we left for work, and went over his services to ensure we understood what he would be providing. He asked that we do a walkthrough of the entire house to show him my areas of concern. Then my family left for work and school. I cannot recall the timing he gave for getting the report to us, but it took about five days. We were very pleased with the report; it was very thorough! As an example, he had written that the filter in the AC/furnace was in backwards...Oops! Another example was he found debris inside the electrical panel. That was a serious problem that could have cause a house fire. That told us that he really was "inspecting." He found things that we were not aware of, and this was our second home inspection. The first one we had by another company prior to our closing. I presented the report to the builder, the warranty manager's words were, "Wow, this guys is detailed and thorough!" That sealed it for me. I knew we chose the right company to do the job! My only regret is on that day, there was snow on the roof and yard so he could not inspect those areas as closely as other areas. In addition, we have boxes from the move still in our garage so he could not do a full inspection there as well. I STRONGLY, HIGHLY, INTENSELY recommend Young's Inspection, LLC. I almost forgot to mention along with the inspection report, he sent us a 90-Day Warranty. In addition, we received an Appliance Recall Check Report. It is a report that provides a list of all appliances that have been recalled. This is sent to us monthly.

First off, let me say I was looking for an inspector who was also preferably a structural engineer. Bob is a professional engineer PE and has many, many years experience in home inspections. I was confident and felt great about hiring him. The home was about 1600 ft and had 3 floors (incl basement). 1st Inspection cost $530, including termite, radon and foundation checks. So, in February, Bob inspected a home for me that turned out to have more issues than I could handle for the price. His work was spot on and his statements were backed up by the contractors I had estimate the work needed. In April, when I found a condo, I was eager to get Bob to do the inspection. The condo inspection was less, as it was smaller with no basement or garage and primarily the interior needed inspected. Plus, I got a discount for being a repeat customer, so the 2nd inspection was $295. He was booked up a week in advance on both occasions, but to me it was worth the wait, as there's no one I'd rather have do a home inspection for me. Bob was also very responsive with answers to questions both during and shortly after the inspection. Good guy--great work!

Great after have another company come out for a free inspection and wanting us to spend 20,000 Bob found a double lentel that the other company missed. There was a concern in the crawl space where the dirt had came out from under the block but Bob told us the double lentel is there just have it filled with concrete. We had Bob return to do a report after we had the spot filled and he told us the structure of the house is great.

Bob performed a home inspection for our new modular home. Since we are new to modular homes, Bob took the time to explain everything to us. He was able to check everything on the house, garage, and pole barn. Bob also did a well and septic test, and was able to certify our foundation for us. Bob was very thorough and told us about his concerns while he was doing the inspection. He also asked us if we had any concerns and he arrived to the inspection before we did.

I am very pleased with my experience with Young Inspection LLC. Bob was very professional throughout the process. He returned phone calls promptly and arrived early to our inspection. Even though he was very busy, Bob was very patient and took time to answer our questions thoroughly. The inspection report was very comprehensive. It included pictures of all the various sections of the house. He made notice of all issues both big and small. An added bonus was that Bob's service included a "Recallchek" report that informed us of any recalls on appliances in the house. I would highly recommend Young Inspection LLC..

Mr. Young has done 3 home inspections now for us, and we would not hire anyone else for the job. He is professional, courteous, thorough, and kind. When I first called to schedule an inspection, he was booked throughout the allowable time period for inspection. Fortunately he called me back the next day and was able to schedule us in due to a cancellation. He even prepared our report over the July 4 holiday. Mr. Young's work is top-notch. He inspects a home like it is for his own family. His reports are easy to read and understand, and detailed. He looked over and/or tested every aspect of the home, and gave an overview before he left. He made sure our questions were answered, and that we knew the location of service -type items (changing furnace filter, water main shut off, etc.). We are very happy with Young's Inspection!

Bob was wonderful. He came to the home early to get a water sample from the well so that he could get it to the lab before they closed. He met me at the house right on time and showed me what he looks for and how he does it. He gave us a book to help with maintaining our new home. Also, he took down all the serial numbers for our appliances, furnace, and A/C and sends regular reports for recall information. Absolutely wonderful.

We are first-time home buyers, so we don't have a lot with which to compare our experience. We received Bob Young's name from my in-laws who used him for their home inspection a few months prior. Overall, we felt that he was very thorough as he spent four full hours inspecting the 2600 sq. foot. home. His report was easy-to-read and complete with pictures so that we knew exactly what he was seeing when he recommended repairs. My husband and our realtor went to the home during the last half hour of his work time, and felt that he was very easy to talk to and he took time to answer specific questions my husband had and to show him some of the flaws in the home that he noticed. Of the three home inspectors we called for price comparisions, he was the most reasonably priced. He does seem to book up about a week to a week-and-a-half in advance. Since most home inspections need to take place within a two-week window of time from the agreement of a purchase price, call him as a soon as possible.

Overall, I was very pleased with Young's Inspection and would absolutely recommend him to anybody purchasing a home. Bob Young can do it all and gives any potential homebuyer all the information one could ask for when negotiating/purchasing a home. It was easy to schedule an inspection with him at a convenient time and he provided the report in an extremely timely manner – both things key when you're on a tight schedule. Bob conducted a home inspection on a property I was interested in buying. He did a completely thorough inspection that lasted approximately 4 hours. This included going on the roof, going into the crawl space, inspecting the exterior of the home as well as the entire interior of the home. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way and was extremely good and patient at explaining it in terms I could understand. As a potential first time homebuyer with limited knowledge on home maintenance, I greatly appreciated this. Once the inspection was complete, Bob sent a thorough report, including detailed notes and pictures. The report had a table of contents and was organized by area of the home (Summary, General Info, Grounds, Exterior, Crawlspace, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Kitchen/Appliances, Bathrooms, Interior Rooms, Laundry area, Garage). Each item was listed as OK, Marginal/Maintenance or Repair/Replace with additional comments explaining the reasons. The summary of the report addressed all main concerns that he recommended as Action Items. They were not the only issues, but were main areas of concern a homebuyer should definitely address one way or another. Again, this was extremely helpful for me as it helped me prioritize issues with the home and gave me all the necessary information to make a well informed decision.

Bob showed up at our house we were selling and took 4 hours and walked around the entire house and took pictures and notes. He was very nice and professional and our dog even liked him. He then emailed us the report 48 hours later so we could know what the issues were with both houses.
