Brent was responsive in establishing the appointment, clear and articlutae on the services and value his company brought, showed up on time (early), perfromed a thorough home inspection, and delivered a comprehensive report the same day as promised. Overall excellent service. And, he thanked us for our business-a small but genuine gesture.

Mr Wren did my re-inspection of the house I am buying. In the original inspection he found several things that needed attention. He came back to look at the things that were supposed to be fixed. With his actions he found that 2 majors things were not fixed (one was in the attic, exposed 2 wires, and one was on the roof, chimney flashing was not fixed). He cost for the re-inspection was well worth it. In addition, since house was on a well he did a potable water test. Results were given within 48 hours and the repairs were made to my new purchase. He is an excellent inspector and I was very pleased with hiring him to do my inspection.

Have had 10-12 home inspections done over the past 12 years for various personal and rental properties. I had a very thorough inspector who I used for 8 of these years who I used multiple times. After he went into a different line of work doing insurance adjustments, I tried 2-3 others who I was not at all impressed with, until I used Brent for my latest house. He was as thorough as my old inspector and not only detailed oriented, but would take the time to discuss findings with me and go over other recommendations outside of the inspection. I will definitely use him in the future.

Mr. Wren was a true professional and very helpful though the process. He explained things in layman terms and also took excellent pictures. He got the report back to us the same night and in offered to come back for free because the house's utilities were not on at the time. I'll be using him again in the near future!!!!

Brent was very professional from first contact. I submitted a quote request and was communicating with him in no time at all. His coupon via Angies List dropped the cost of the inspection below all other companies who were providing quotes. On the day of the inspection, Brent came out at the time discussed and started working right away. Other contractors were in the home as well, but he wasn't distracted. The home has been left unoccupied for quite a while he discussed the issues with myself and my real estate agents. He explained everything clearly and promised a full report in the evening. That evening I received a very detailed report with a lot of pictures and clear explanations. Brent was very easy to work with and completed the inspection with excellent results.

He was on time and very thorough. He took awesome pictures throughout the inspection. He didn't mind that I was there during the service.

I built houses for 4 years many years ago. I was very impressed with all his attention to details. He arrived before i got there (15 min early) and had already been on the roof and inspected the problems. Brent spent almost 3 and a half hours with me. Explaining the major issues that must be taken care right away and then explained what needs to be done soon. He then gave me information on some minor preventative measures that will save me more money in the long run. His report was in my hands within 15 hours of the job. I was very very satisfied with his work.

This was my second time having Brent perform a house inspection and I could not be more pleased. The second time around was the same as the first, he was a consummate professional and provided and went above in beyond in his service. Punctual and thorough, he not only performed the inspection but made the effort to explain defects he found, what the likely causes might have been, and what (if any) impact these defects might have on the house in the future. The first time that I had Brent perform an inspection on a property, upon identifying a number of serious structural issues with the property that prevented acquisition, he even went out of his way to show me how I could identify those issues on my own so that I did not waste my time. In the interest of keeping this short I will stop there, but I cannot speak more highly of the job that Brent has done and I look forward to using his services in the future.
