Brent was outstanding! He did a VERY THOROUGH inspection and explained everything very well. He represented our best interest with such professionalism, we were very impressed. He was our contact from beginning to end and remained in continuous contact with us through the process. I called a few places that offered home inspections, and Wren House Inspections not only offered the lowest price, but was also the only one with availability that week. They were able to quickly schedule and execute the inspection, and had the report back to me that day. My realtor and I were shocked at how quickly they completed it and got it to us. The speed does not sacrifice quality - the report was thorough and outlined even small things. When hiring for a re-inspection, they performed the same level of professionalism by getting in quickly and responding quickly. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone as well as use them again.

This inspection was completed for new home purchase. It is the 4th home we have purchased and Brent was the most thorough and professional inspector we have used. Our daughter recommended because of price, professionalism and thoroughness aspects and we will refer to others for the same reasons.

The home had multiple critical issues that he took the time to discuss with us during the inspection and in follow-up conversations. His report was delivered quickly and was professional. It went very well. We were purchasing a 20 year old home and wanted a thorough inspection as to what we were buying. Brent didn’t mind answering our questions as they came up. He allotted a 2 1/2 hour window of time, and actually spent 3 hours with us. We opted for the additional termite and radon inspection. We received his report that same day.
