Description of Work: They did a termite inspection, Home inspection and a Radon Test. They were extremely thorough and explained what they were doing, why and when I would get the results. They also gave me pointers on how to proceed with the information they provided and when I could expect the results.

Description of Work: This provider was used to perform a home inspection for a home purchase. It was above and beyond what I expected. Mr. Wren was prompt, friendly, extremely thorough. He sat and explained each aspect he was flagging and why. His detailed report included many pictures and was promptly emailed later that evening. Everything about this provider was positive and would recommend him highly and use him in future if needed.

Description of Work: Brent inspected the house that we are buying. He did a good job and found some issues that we are having the seller fix. He was also responsive after the inspection when we had a couple of questions.

Description of Work: Brent performed an inspection on the house I am purchasing. The inspection was reasonably priced, and his report was extremely detailed. I have experience with other inspectors where I didn't feel that the advice I received was very reliable, but I felt confident in Brent's knowledge and advice.

Description of Work: Brent Wren performed a house and mini-barn inspection and took care of a radon test and termite inspection. He was fabulous! It was easy to contact him, he always responded right away, and he was very professional. He spent quite a bit of time with us, answered all of our questions, and gave lots of good advice. The basement of the home had been listed as dry...with no evidence of water. Brent thought otherwise, discovered signs of water, and suggested we have an air quality/mold test done. We did...and mold was found along with wet walls and wet insulation behind the drywall. Thank you, Brent!!! If there was a grade of A+....Brent deserves it!

Description of Work: They did a home inspection. It went very well. He was very thorough and did an excellent report pointing out the important issues and noting minor issues. In addition, the cost of inspection was less than other estimated.

Description of Work: Mr. Wren really helped me out as I needed an inspection done when another provider canceled due to health concerns. He made time for the appointment. He provided an excellent inspection and answered all of my questions. He pointed out items that were not part of the inspection and gave me his best opinion on a number of different items. I will use Wren House Inspection exclusively in the future.
