They were kind enough to call me to let me know that they were completely booked and could not assist me at this time.

I've been happy with them. I know that their schedule is quite hectic these days, but I have no complaints about them.

I give them a good grade for telling the truth. They answered the first time I called.

They are prompt. They are responsive.

I had to call a few times to find out where I was on their schedule due to their busyness, but in the end, they did come when they said they would and did a satisfactory job.

Happy with the work done. Smoothed out soil after bush removal. Courteous over the phone. Reasonable priced.

The mulch job was very expensive. After rain, the mulch kept washing away and it would expose mud. A month later, Danny, the owner, said we would need more mulch to maintain the mulch. I've been trying to get a hold of him since last year and he still hasn't gotten back in touch with us. He promised me more mulch and never delivered. The other day I got a letter in the mail that said "due to the rising costs of fuel, I won't be able to service your area." I've used them for about four years, and it's very frustrating because they didn't deliver on their promises and never returned my messages. I just want my mulch. If the situation is resolved, I will go back and give them good grades, but as of right now I'm looking for other companies.

I can not say enough good things about them. Danny did finish a job I had started, a brick walk, very much to my satisfaction at a good price. It is a family owned operation and I feel very comfortable with that. The price was for the spring clean up and the mulching for 500 cubic square yards.

They are professional, timely and have done a good job so far. They seem to have nice crews.

Price depends on size of the lawn. I think they are reasonable and responsive. They do a nice job.

Gutter cleaning: Requested in the fall, not done until end of December. $60 for a 1 level house seemed excessive, and did not do garage. In the spring, I requested the beds be edged and new mulch added. They never did it, so I did it myself. Owner came by 2 months after request to ask what I needed. I have used this company to mow yard for some time. They are good about showing up every week, so I was a bit unhappy with the slow response to other requests.

Excellent, quick response time, quality hardwoods, excellent price.

Snow was completely removed in a timely fashion.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ONE MAN CUT VERY CLEAN EDGES AROUND ALL OF OUR BEDS WHILE THE OTHER MAN WEEDED AND PREPARED THE BEDS FOR MULCH. WE WERE SO PLEASED, THAT WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO MAINTAIN OUR BEDS ON A MONTHLY BASIS, AND TO KEEP OUR TREES AND BUSHES PRUNED AS THEY SEE FIT. WE HAVE MANY LARGE BEDS, THE END RESULT WAS EXCELLENT.

JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE AND WAS DONE WHEN SCHEDULED. I GAVE A B ON RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL PHONE MESSAGE REQUESTING AN ESTIMATE WAS NOT RETURNED, REQUIRING ME TO PLACE A SECOND CALL.

I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PERFORM. THEY'RE IN & OUT VERY QUICKLY & DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. FOR THE LAWN MOWING, THEY MOW, TRIM, & TAKE AWAY THE TRIMMINGS.

I'VE ASKED THAT THEY CALL BEFORE HAND SO I CAN PUT MY DOGS INSIDE, BUT SOME TIMES THEY JUST SHOW UP AND START WORKING. I DO LIKE WORKING WITH THEM, I JUST THINK THEY'RE A LITTLE OVERWHELMED.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS TO FERTILIZE MY LAWN, THIS YEAR I JUST BEGAN USING THEM FOR MOWING AND TRIMMING. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. MY LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER!

THIS IS THE FOURTH YEAR WE HAVE HIRED WOOD LAWN CARE. THE CREW DID VERY GOOD WORK TRIMMING BUSHES AND CLEANING UP. VERY PLEASED WITH APPEARANCE OF YARD.

TERRI HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB AT ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS; AND HAS RETURNED PHONE CALLS VERY QUICKLY.

WORK WAS DONE WELL. SEEMED A LITTLE PRICEY FOR MOWING LAWN. COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES. INITIALLY REQUESTED QUOTE FOR MOWING BACKYARD ONLY. ALSO REQUESTED QUOTE FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF 3 SHRUBS IN FRONT YARD AND AERATION. QUOTE THAT CAME BACK WAS FOR MOWING COMPLETE LAWN AND AERATION, NO QUOTE FOR SHRUBS. RE-REQUESTED THAT, AND GOT BACK QUOTE FOR REMOVAL OF SHRUBS, NOT REPLACEMENT. AT THAT POINT, THEY HAD MOWED GRASS ALREADY, AND I DECIDED TO QUIT TRYING. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT THEM ON THE PHONE DIRECTLY, SO WAS A BIT FRUSTRATED BY THAT. WAS ALWAYS A CALLED BACK A FEW HOURS LATER OR NEXT DAY. INITIAL RESPONSE FOR QUOTE WAS SLOW, 1 WEEK BEFORE THEY GAVE INCOMPLETE QUOTE. GIVING BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THAT THIS WASN'T NORMAL, AS THEY HAVE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS. WILL TRY THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, MAYBE.

VERY RESPONSIVE AND HARD WORKING. THEY DO LITTLE THINGS AROUND THE YARD THAT OTHER COMPANIES PROBABLY WOULDN'T DO. THEY PLANTED BULBS. DO A GREAT CLEAN UP. I HATE TO EVER LOSE THEM.
