In most cases, they were able to put in a single window where 2 casement windows had previously been. The sales person was not high pressure, and advised us in an informative manner. The installation went smooth too.

Larry, the installer, arrived at the designated time and installed 6 windows in about 6 hours. He did an excellent job and explained each step. I would definitly recommend this company for windows. Windows installed at this price is a real bargain.

Right from the start I was impressed. The salesman was very imformative and there was no high pressure at all. He explained the $1200 tax credit I would receive which brought the cost down to $2600. The owner of the company came to measure my windows and informed me that I had been given an estimate for 7 windows and I had 8. After talking with the salesman, he called me back and said they had decided to honor their original estimate. Talk about integrity, this company is TOP NOTCH, I received 8 windows for the price of 7! The day the windows were installed, the young man arrived right on time and completed the work that day. He cleaned everything up and hauled away the old windows and trash. You would never know he had been here except for the beautiful windows he left behind. Every one I had contact with was courteous and punctual. I LOVE my new windows. I would definitely use this company again.

I cannot rate this company highly enough! The salesman was low pressure and quite honest. We got exactly the product we wanted (midrange vinyl double-hung windows) for a reasonable price. We were particularly impressed that they did a lead paint test before deciding whether to charge the $600 fee, unlike other places we spoke with that just added in the fee from the beginning. From the date of us signing the initial contract, it took maybe 4 weeks for the windows to come in, which was less than we expected. The installers arrived on time, were neat and professional and worked very quickly. They had all 12 windows installed with no problems in less than 6 hours. It's also very nice that this is a "mom n' pop" outfit; the chief installer is the son of the owner, and it's obvious that they take personal pride in their work. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and will probably do so shortly to replace our front door.

They did a wonderful job. They sales people were wonderful, the installer was great, we are truly pleased with this experience. We are going to be having them install more windows later in the year.

The entire process went very well from estimates to final cleanup and we are extremely happy with the end result. All personnel were prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The installers were very skilled and did a professional job.

in november of 2009 i called them to tell them i had mold growing in the calk around the windows inside and out. they came out and looked and said they would make it right. in about a week someone came out and replaced ALL the calk inside and out it took them 3 days to do it.when they were here the owners son came out to check on the problem. he said i needed new plastic in the crawl space to hold down the moisture down.i am handicapped and could not do it. so he went and bought plastic and installed it.[FREE] they have been very helpful.they stand behinde there work.

They did a great job, start to finish. They were very nice and a pleasure to work with. The windows look wonderful. They did a few extras that was't agreed agreed to, appreciated the extras! Am hiring again to replace 5 more windows, I was really impressed with their work, their appearance (clean cut),and speedy,accurate attention to detail.

They completely changed the look of my house. It looks like a brick house now, but its siding. The garage had some rot in it that I didn?t know about. They fixed it and built a new arch for the doorway. They took care of everything. The owner of the company was here almost every day, not just checking on the work, but actually working. I thought their price was comparable. I would hire them again.

Everything turned out well. It seems like you do not receive great service these days, but they went above and beyond. I was very impressed with them. They were well mannered, they kicked off their shoes to avoid damaging my new carpet. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a contractor. I would recommend them to anyone.

Window Man's big advertisement is $189 per window installed for double hung sliders. All our windows are side sliders which are generally cheaper, at least from what we've seen at Lowes and from talking to my Dad who is a construction project manager on the west coast. We figured we'd be looking in the neighborhood of $1700 for all our window replacements. The guy came out and he was very pleasant and quick but his estimate for double pane with no gas was $4900 ($544 per window) and for Low E with Argon it was $5800 ($644 per window).... We were kind of dumbstruck by the numbers. I just dont know where the additional $350-$450 per window would be going. The guy was nice but not $3500 nice!

It went very well! They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and were very curteous.

We were tired of paying HIGH heating/cooling bills and watching our money fly out our windows. We searched all of the Window worlds trying to find the "perfect match" for us. We found that with Window Man. From our initial call to final delivery it was a WONDERFUL experience. Our salesman was great to work with. He answered all our questions about the windows, tax credits and worked with all the way to ordering. Out of all of the others we met with - he was the ONLY one who personally sent us a thank you card thanking us for our time. That is something that doesn't happen every day. Our ordering process was smooth - Rance (the owner) came out and measured the windows and placed the order. The windows even came in before we thought they would. Installation went great. Our installer was very nice and couteous - cleaned up after himself. All employees we worked with were very friendly and very very responsive to any of our calls and/or questions before, during and after our decision to purchase our windows with them. I don't worry that they will be here for me if I ever need them again for additional replacement windows. I do not hesitate to recommend Window Man to any of my family and friends. Great company, great people - loved doing business with them. You can't go wrong.

We here at Angie's List had a situation where we needed to replace glass in windows immediately. All the Window Man employees were courteous, punctual, and did the job with complete satisfaction, from the scheduling time frame we needed to the installation of the glass. Joe in the office was great in working with our time frame, Rance got someone to us ASAP, and Justin did a great job installing for us. They made sure what our needs were, and did everything we needed plus. I was extremely happy with the service due to this being an unexpected, immediate repair.

They did a good job with the windows. They also went above and beyond the call by putting a tarp on my leaking chimney. I appreciated this very much. It lasted till I could get it worked on this summer. Through coversation I also found out they do soffet and fascia work. I had them provide me with an estimate for this. I am still pricing this job.

They did a great job. They were very responsive to any problems with the windows and quickly took care of it. They were real polite and laid down cloths in all the rooms so they did not soil the carpet. The windows look great and we are very pleased. We would recommend them.

We were extremely impressed with Window Man, throughout the entire process! From the estimate to the installation and clean-up, everything was quick and professionally done. The employees for Window Man were courteous and very impressive with their knowledge of their profession, the materials used were top quality, and the finished product was better than we could have imagined! We've used Window Man twice now and if we ever need additional window servicing, they'll be the first we call. In fact, I'm a Realtor, and I plan on referring them to all of my clients!

Rance showed up as scheduled for the initial appointment, and gave me a couple of options, with the "slider" windows saving us around $1000 over other style windows, while still allowing lots of natural light in the room. A few days prior to the scheduled install date, Rance came out and removed a bit of siding to be able to match it. Due to a rainy forecast, he postponed the original installation date by a day (good call). On the installation day, Rance showed up at 7:30 am as scheduled, and got the rest of the crew started. I had to go to work that day, so he and his crew were there "un-supervised", but did a fine job, with Rance calling me a couple of times to give me updates on the progress. The job was completed by late afternoon, and Rance locked the house up, as both my wife and I were not going to be home until into the evening on that day. Overall, very pleased with the job!

All the doors work well now. I bought a door at Lowes and they picked it up and installed it for less than what Lowes charges. We are very pleased.

They are great windows. They came when they said they would be here. We had one window that was not right and they were very responsive to our call and the guy came back on his own time and fixed it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.

HE DID A GREAT JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. HE CLEANED UP THE AREA WELL. THE WINDOWS (ALTHOUGH INEXPENSIVE) ARE OF GOOD QUALITY. HE DOES THE INSTALLATION AND EVERYTHING ON HIS OWN.
