+ -1 moreThey serviced the heat pump. They clean it. They get it ready for winter. In the spring, they get it ready for the air conditioning. So, they clean the inside furnace unit and then they also clean the outside heat pump. I would give them all A's. They're quality work. I just think they are more thorough. I have had other companies out and had them service my heat pump and furnace for cleaning. There are things with Williams Heating Comfort Air that they go above and beyond and get extra cleaning done to my outside unit. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used William Comfort Air I have them come out to service my heat pump and clean it. They come out in the Spring and Fall. I just call a phone number and the same service guy comes out to complete the service.

They usually call me and we schedule for them to come. I will say a B because I'm not sure of other prices. They are very good. Sometimes I have to call them for the scheduling. They are pretty good about punctuality.

+ -1 moreThe sewer main exiting the home was leaking inside the crawlspace. We called them Saturday morning and the first technician showed up within the hour. The second technician salesman showed up two hours later with a clear and precise plan for a remedy. Monday morning the crew was here with permits to dig out the main. Saturday we were showing pictures of the crawlspace and some of the shotty plumbing work done on the remodeling. They gave us recommendations and pricing to fix everything. Monday morning they not only fix the sewer main but repaired a lot of the existing copper plumbing with PVC. They came back Tuesday and completed the work. The crew was very informative and very efficient. I highly recommend them For any plumbing problems.

+ -1 moreThe price was pretty high compared to other providers, but their warranty was much better. It was a 10 labor and parts warranty which was fairly unusual. They were very nice and professional. I thought the quality seemed very good. I think the pricing is very high, but you get a lot for that. The only thing that would not be an "A" would be the price.
Description of Work: Something had turned off on the air conditioner, and they turned it back on. They did have to do stuff, it wasn't just flipping a switch. They also told us our air compressor line was bad and needed to replace the air conditioner would be $5500.

+ 0 more.He went down there before he did the maintenance on the furnace. He said there is a big hole in one of them and he drew me a picture and told me what they would have to do. He said we can repair it and he said what I will do is I’ll take this back to the shop and I will show them this picture of what I have drawn and what we have to replace cause there are two places where the metal is just rusted clear through. He gave me an estimate and explained that we need to wait to repair the duct work before we do the maintenance to make sure it is all working correctly. They repaired the duct work, did the furnace maintenance and everything is working fine.
Description of Work: They called me to schedule the tune up on my furnace because it was time and I said I need somebody to look at my air ducts.
