Everyone at Williams Comfort Air is wonderful to work with! When our AC stopped working, they were able to come the same day to troubleshoot the issue. We ended up deciding that it made more sense to buy a new AC and furnace, they gave us a great deal and installed it the next available business day. Our house is so much more comfortable now and the guys did an awesome job at cleaning everything up after they were finished. They also took the time to explain how to use our new system and humidifier.

They scheduled with me on a Thursday. I waited all day and finally about 4 PM they called and said they were coming on Friday.

Great. We got bids from three companies and looked at multiple brands. Salesman Joey Turnbloom offered us what we felt was the best choice for us, an American Standard Silver 14 series 2.5 ton heat pump including ten years warranty on parts and labor and a wifi capable thermostat. He showed us and we later verified as we evaluated brands, that American Standard was rated number one in 2016 by Consumer Reports. We saw him Wednesday afternoon 27 June and made our decision that evening and contacted Joey. We would buy if installation could happen Friday 29 June. He got a commitment for install and the installers showed up early the morning of 29 June as promised. Installers Damien and Willy showed up early and worked hard all daily removing the old system and fitting in the new and tying it into a Bryant Electronic Air Purifier. Damien and Willy were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and finished late in the day after answering all our questions and showing us how the Honeywell wifi thermostat worked on an App we installed on our iphone. You have to have home internet service which we do and a smart phone/tablet or computer to operate the thermostat remotely. The thermostat works manually if you don't have internet service and router. The team cleaned up after the job was done after working quietly and efficiently the whole day. Great service!

Tim came out and was excellent. He found the same issues another tech found and offered the same recommendation that he could fix but it would be so expensive we ought to consider a new unit as ours was over 12 years old and uses freon that is outlawed after this year.

We've had no issues with the service on our HVAC system. When we have the plumbing side come out, depending on the tech, they sometimes seem to be trying to get more work and recommending things that don't necessarily need to be done, but they're not pushy about it and leave you the quote to decide on your own. Otherwise we've been pleased with their services.

We have an annual service agreement with them and they are very good. We usually have them out every other year. Both units work fine and we would use them again.

I contacted Williams Comfort for repair of my existing furnace. Upon inspection it was determined that the heat exchanger was cracked and I needed a new furnace. I contracted Williams and they were able to schedule installation the following day. Since I was contemplating installation of a new air conditioning unit, I also had them install a new air conditioner. The crew arrived promptly the following day and installed a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioning system(A coil, line set, & condenser). I also had a new thermostat installed. The entire installation went very smooth and was completed in one day. The installers were very professional and the installation was very neat. They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled away the old equipment.

Charged me for 2 services calls because I have 2 units at my home, however they told me there would be only 1 charge on the phone. Charged $113 to change a $3 fuse. Did not honor their coupon to waive service fee with repair. Said the units were working fine even though they were still blowing cold air. Said they would not check Freon levels as part of service call without charging extra. Called to complain about the service fees and said they would refund one but never actually did. Worst experience I have had with an HVAC company.

Went great. Serviceman was on rime and professional and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the whole visit.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Howard, Chad Bailey, Bobby Fields, and the rest of the workers from William's Comfort Air who were involved in this project (extensive reworking of return and supply air systems, Aeorseal of the vent system, and what basically amounted to an overhaul of much of the gas furnace). It was a complex job, taking almost 4 days to complete, and as a result was expensive--however, the amount of extra work and attention to detail this crew put in made it abundantly clear that I got much more than my money's worth. The work ethic of these guys is the best I have EVER seen--from the planning/design, scheduling, set up, removal of the old components, installation of the new systems, Aeroseal application, checking, double-checking, and clean up-- these guys explained everything, cut no corners and attended to the smallest detail to make sure the job was done right. The results are fantastic. After this experience, I would never have anyone else work on my system. I give them my very highest recommendation.

Outdoor installation was straightforward, timely and satisfactory. Indoor installation appeared took longer than expected and damaged the finished wall. Shortly thereafter, the indoor unit began leaking and damaged the finished wall again. Service came out the following day to investigate and found the drain line had been sealed with silicone instead of clamped. I assume this installation shortcut was taken due to the lengthy installation time. The repair process was lengthy but the service crew were through and ensured that the repairs were done properly. Unfortunately, another leak occurred and service were called. Service arrived promptly the same day and found the drain line to be blocked. The blockage was attributed to dust from other work (tiling) although no cutting was done inside and the leak was tinted blue and stained the finished wall (again!). Due to all the inconveniences, the call-out fee was reduced. The system now works well and appears appropriately sized for the large room.

They were wonderful. Actually showed me my furnace ducts didn’t need cleaned, just my dryer duct. Very impressed that they told me this.

Technician replaced start capacitor and it worked again.

I decided to go straight to the top, Mr. President. I just had my new Carrier Infinity electric heat pump system installed yesterday, 9-26-17 and I want to tell you about my experience. It actually started with Reece, my service tech who had the unpleasant task of informing me that I either needed an expensive repair on my 15 year old non working unit or a total replacement. I scheduled an appointment with your company for Monday (9-25-17) to meet with your sales rep. I researched my options online into the wee hours of the morning. Two other competitors also looked at my system and confirmed the bad news. I immediately went into consumer mode and performing my due diligence interviewed several other companies regarding their products, warranties, and prices. Once I met your Donny Brown, who is the epitome of my image of a sales representative, I was reassured. He spent 3 hours with me answering, explaining and representing your company. I am a savvy consumer and negotiator if I do say so myself. After every box was checked off on my list, we made the deal. On the morning of 9-26-17, Tuesday, we received an advance phone call that our team was en route. True to their word they arrived on time and were eager to dive right into building me the prettiest new system you ever did see. As you know, there is a lot of measuring, figuring and skill that goes into breathing life into one of these space age babies. They are much more sophisticated than they used to be. I know it’s not rocket science but the last thing I want to hear is “Systems fail.” I hit the jackpot by getting not one but TWO lead men on the job. Their names are Chad H. and David A. Their regular partners not being available resulted in their pairing. You can imagine how it could have been with two dancers both wanting to lead but I can assure you there were no stepped on toes. I could hear them working together seamlessly in tandem. You know, it’s ironic that these techs work all day to give someone heating or cooling and yet they usually work in extreme heat or cool while on the job because when they get there the comfort is the very thing they are restoring. Finally it was “all systems go” as they fired her up and unveiled her beautiful, color customizing, wifi thermostat. They stood beside me like two proud parents showing off their new baby while explaining all of her features. They provided me with her birth certificate and all related documents as well as linking me up electronically to your incredible monitoring service so that if she even gets a hiccup you will know. I promise to take good care of her and you’ve provided the first year of maintenance free. She’s practically trouble free and very quiet. I slept like a baby last night and for the next 10 years she won’t cost me anything except a yearly check-up. I have already referred you to someone who has scheduled an in home appointment for their own satisfied experience. I just want to thank you personally, Mr. President, for providing the people, products and possibility of turning bad news into good. My techs said I was one of their nicest customers. I do plead guilty to plying them with Root Beer. One last thing I’d like to ask of you. Please make sure all of these wonderful employees of yours are personally and publicly recognized for their outstanding performance and service to a very satisfied customer and please provide them a copy of this letter.
