Jim Melangton came to provide an estimate on a new AC. He learned about my needs and took the measurements. Unlike other providers, he only gave me 1 AC option. In addition, he was the only provider who didn't bring a face mask, and when I gave him a new one to wear, he joked about it and didn't wear it properly.

My experience began pretty well. I was wanting to convert from a heat pump to gas furnace due to gas being better in cold temperatures. I got a quote for a gas furnace conversion and new A/C. It took about 6 months for my existing A/C unit to begin to fail. Williams honored the original quote. The install day was going ok until the end. Apparently, the blower motor had failed on the new system. I totally understand things happen. I was told someone would be back in the morning. I would not be able to be home until after 4 p.m. I was told "Let me see what they want me to do". The install crew left about 10 minutes later without saying anything to me. It was around 7:30 pm. I did not know if anyone would return the next day. I had to reach out to find out if someone would be back. They did come back the next day after 4 and replaced the blower motor. There was about a week of downtime as I was waiting for my gas meter to be placed. The gas company came out to check the line and place the meter. I was informed there was a leak. The leak had to be fixed in order for service to begin. I had to schedule more time for Willaims to come out and repair the leak as well as schedule time for the gas company to come out. Williams came back out to fix the leak. I was told the leak was fixed and everything should be ok. The gas company came back to check the lines for leaks and still found leaks. I had to then schedule time for Williams to come out and fix the leak again as well as schedule time for the gas company to come out. This time someone else from Williams came out and had to essentially re-do all of the gas line fittings. This person spent a good deal of time doing this. After this time of "fixing" the leak the gas company would not be able to return for 5 days. These 5 days were going to be chilly. I did not have any heat in my home. I was not able to stay in my home during those 5 days as the temps in my home were around 62. Every time that the gas company and Williams were coming out someone over 18 had to be present. This lasted around 10 days. Back and forth with both the gas company and Williams. I reached out regarding my issues and really only got a "we're sorry". They did provide four 1500-watt oil based radiant heaters to drive my electric bill up and cause a safety hazard for my house and children. I did not use them or even open them up. One of my kids sleep walks and I didn't want her walking into a space heater. I also have a hole in my ceiling leading directly into the attic from the electrical wires. I am attaching a photo of it. The old concrete pad that held my outdoor unit stayed in my front yard for over 3 weeks killing the grass. This was to be removed on day of install. I am attaching a photo of the dead spot as well. At this point I am just glad to be done with this company. Part of my purchase includes 2 years of seasonal maintenance but, I don't know if I will use them. At this point I would pay for a different company to do the bi-annual maintenance. I truly hope I don't need any warranty work as I don't think I have an option of who performs the work. I really wish I had chosen a different company to do this work. This was not an inexpensive investment for me and it was really nothing but trouble and difficulty. Aside from the week or so in waiting for the gas meter to be placed. In the end I do have heat and A/C however it wasn't worth everything that happened. Do your due diligence and read reviews from people.

Wonderful experience! Our A/C went out and Jeremy HOOKED US UP! We were stuck at home with a sick kid in quarantine... so no A/C and nowhere to go to pass the time. Jeremy said the A/C unit wouldn't arrive until Monday but after he left he called said he found us one! They were out the next morning. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The technician was quickly able to clean out the clog in my sewer line. Was very professional and courteous. A bargain at $93.

The tech discovered that it was a short and was able to fix quickly. He also ran analytics on my unit which is helpful info to know. Greatly appreciate how quickly they were able to get out and get the heat back on.

I am writing this post on Angies List because my google review is unfindable or it was taken down. My 94 year old mother's AC went out. Williams Comfort Air who installed the unit was called. The Tech came out and told her she needed a new compressor. WCA sent her a quote for $3,500 to fix it. She relayed this info to me, her son. The unit was under warranty. So I called and told them about the warranty and asked for a requote to be sent to her. They refused because my name wasn't on the account. In the mean time, they sent out another tech and miraculously it was only a small part. WILLIAMS COMFORT AIR WAS CAUGHT IN THE ACT TRYING TO SCAM MY ELDERLY MOTHER. I do not trust this company. I find them completely unethical. Stay away.

The Williams Technician was extremely professional, and did an extremely thorough job analyzing our entire system. As he was doing so, he showed me the diagnostic screens on his tablet device, and explained what they meant. He made recommendations for repairs, which we accepted. He completed the work promptly. Very, very satisfied.

Rattling furnace noises and duct airflow not feeling cold necessitated a call to an HVAC specialist. Both my furnace and air-conditioning unit are around 20 years old, Chris Mann gave me a few options to consider as the problem he identified as being an “end of life” situation with the units. (paraphrased) From start to finish he was cordial and professional, the service experience was far better than the news on the equipment... but I was scheduled a visit to look into replacements of the equipment as it doesn’t make sense to hope things will run after replacing what was damaged in units far past their prime. I look forward to working with the team at Williams Comfort Air based on this first experience. Here’s hoping my wife and I don’t melt before this is resolved!

The service provided was excellent. I used this company for a heating issue earlier in the year so I called them to come back for my A/C tune up. They are so professional and very interactive in the process. They send a text/email when to remind of appointments and when the tech is on the way they send a text with a photo of the person that is on the way to your home. I would recommend this company for HVAC needs.

My furnace was making an awful noise- on a Saturday. I called Williams and they scheduled someone to come out within a few hours. I received notifications of who would be coming with a photo and description of the person and a link so that I could track him on the way to know when he arrived. Kenny showed up and found the problem quickly. He scheduled to come back and fix the problem on Monday at my request and I had the same great service from him on Monday. He arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. The service exceeded my expectations. I signed up for the annual service plan so that he can come back and make sure my A/C will be ready for summer.

Not giving satisfactory service. The first time they only unclogged the kitchen drain which got cleared. My house sitter smell something. Turns out it was the basement toilet main drain Seem like the first unclogged push down and clogged the main line. They denied it was their fault and charge me again.

Finally decided to pull the plug and replace our +20yr old Bryant furnace that died a few days ago. Don (Comfort Air Sales) met with me on a Sunday and checked all of the boxes, with installation being at the top of my list. With my furnace not working the installation crew was here prior to 9am this morning! I can’t say enough good things about the installation as Joe, Thomas, and Jorge got it right (this from “Mr. OCD” who had a lot of questions about location of new PVC vent lines being installed). Never a good day when you have to replace your furnace and A/C units, but the A+ service from a Williams Comfort Air today was definitely worth sharing. Thank you!

The man was extremely diligent. Explained everything to me. Took pictures of the air conditioner to show me what he cleaned. He was here for almost 2 hours. Excellent company and would call again. They also sent me a picture of the technician with his bio before he showed up which I thought was very helpful of them.

Very thorough. Technician was on time, answered all questions, advised about future home vent and dryer cleaning. That has been scheduled for next month. Used this company since the 1980s and have been well satisfied with all technicians, scheduling folks, costs and quality of service. I will continue to use them! Twice year service contract was approx. $179.00

We were always pleased. They were always prompt and on time, They were reliable and professional and we liked their maintenance program. We would highly recommend them.

They had an ad in the paper. I called them. They came out and had to take snake camera through the line. The line was the same line through the kitchen. It was the same line with my water softener. From the water softener its was the reason why it clog up. They did a great job.
