They arrived on time. Completed the job in an efficient manner. The pricing was more than reasonable and the work was done by a professional. Will use their service again!

Don scheduled us for a pre eval on Monday morning to evaluate the duct work that needed to be done. Bryce was in home for an hour, made his diagrams and left. Tuesday morning, Brandon called to let me know that they were on their way. Brandon and John worked tirelessly throughout the day, hauling in huge boxes of equipment, hauling out the old furnace and disconnecting the AC unit, installing the new AC unit. Tarps were laid on the floor and each time they left and re-entered the home, they placed protective footies over their shoes to protect our wood floors. The installers worked until 7pm and were here this morning as promised to complete the install. They did a great job cleaning up, and hauling everything away. Photos were taken during the installation for review. Brandon was very thorough in his explanations of the system, answering any and all questions. The furnace is working great and we are warm, additionally the 2 colder rooms on the 2nd floor are no longer cold.

We kind of fired them because they tried to rip us off. They took our money and would not give it back to us. We had a service agreement and they would come, supposedly, twice a year and we did not have a good experience with them. I guess they have a number of different branches and things. They misdiagnosed the problem and found out we needed a new part that they wanted to charge us $5,000 for. We did not need the new part, but we looked it up and, had we needed it, it was a $150 part. So we called them and said please don't ever come back. Somebody had a little bit of a con game going on. The estimate they gave us was ridiculous, out of this world. But for the actual work they did their prices were reasonable. They send out different people each time. Some of them were good and some of them were terrible. Their quality was bad enough that I don't trust them to come back. We always had trouble getting appointments and getting them to come. They would always come and work on our air conditioning after the air conditioning season is over. They had one crew that was a bad apple, I think.

Perfect. They had a technician out within a few hours of my initial phone call. That evening the sales consultant met with us at our home with options. New furnace was in and working the next day. They even went above & beyond to improve the exhaust pipes (2nd story, outdoors) to make them work better. Got a follow up call a few days after installation to make sure all was well - it was!

I met Matt Rodman here at my house and he was on time! I planned on coming home from work to accommodate my work schedule and Williams Comfort Air let me know that he would meet me there--and he was on time! I call this company every year and I can trust that it will all be fine. I will be starting the maintenance program this year so that i do not have to worry about remembering it myself. Also, there was a air leak in my gas fireplace, and it had been here since i bought my home--I had no idea how to fix it and of course Matt did!! He gladly fixed it no hassle and educated me on how much more I could be prepared with the warranty plan. Even though i did not choose it today. I will make sure to get it done, so next year it's an automatic appointment. Glad that I had my AL membership so that it was easy and all of my info was saved. So i could continue ignoring the random ads I get in the papers...they may work for some, but not me! Thanks Williams!

Our heat went out and they came to fix it same day at 8:30 PM. Jason was the tech that came out and he was super helpful and so nice. He did a great job. We recommend this company to anyone. They also set us up with a contract where they will come out twice a year to check on our heating and a/c.

Performed a tune up at my rental property.

a slight leak, I mean that it was so loose that it might as well have not had a coupling there in the first place, so I quickly shut off all the valves on my gas line and ran out of the house before the build up of gas could potentially hit the flame from the adjacent water heater or something else. Myself and my mother would surely have been killed had that gas ignited, I was in the basement with it and she was above me in the kitchen. I paid 7k for a furnace and AC installed which seemed somewhat expensive but I wanted to pick someone that knew what they were doing........ apparently I picked wrong. So on top of the issues i laid out in my first review (ductwork not being attached in places and half-assing a portion of ductwork they forgot about........... it's a trapezoid, how the heck am I going to find a register to fit a trapezoid??? they also almost got me killed........ I will never ever use williams comfort air for anything ever again and I will make sure that no one else does either! It's apparently a life and death decision. Don't use Handyman connection either.... they're just as worthless.

We ended up getting another estimate for the same exact services and it was less than half the cost. We would not call them again.

Last year they left some wires unconnected in which the emergency heat ran for 3 months.

The young man arrived within promised time frame. He was very thorough and courteous. Made certain to put on foot coverings when entered house due to rainy weather. Explained everything and answered all my questions without any hesitation whatsoever. Very good experience all around.

Our AC was down over the summer. We used a recommended company to fix this with little issue. A few months later when we went to use our heat we discovered that was down as well. After over a month of issues and several no-call no-shows with our previous company I joined Angie's list and sought the help of William's heating and cooling based on their A rating. They were out the next day, which was in fact a Saturday. The problem that was so difficult for the previous company to figure out was diagnosed in just a couple of hours. We got the parts ordered and just a few days later WE HAD HEAT! Working with this company was a simple and positive experience. They have my full recommendation and this will be the only call I make with any further issues.

Had a great experience with Williams. After signing up for the Angie's List deal, they contacted me within an hour to schedule the appointment. They were able to work with my scheduling needs. The technician was extremely polite and professional. He recommended signing up for their service package, but wasn't annoying about it like some companies are. Great company....would definitely use again.

We were delighted with both sales and service. Outstanding service men that explained everything from start to finish. Advised us of estimated time. Gave updates, and finished before expected. I would recommend to everyone. Already used for tune ups and they never disappoint A wonderful SURPRISE gift package of logo items just arrived. A nice Thank you gift.

Beau Huffer inspected my heating unit which is 9 years old. This is the first time for me to use this company. I have always been diligent regarding 6month heating and cooling checks through the years. I believe this is the first time I have seen such a detailed evaluation of my heating unit. After opening up the main frame, he found what he would only refer to as " goob" all over the circuitry. He explained to me that he could not diagnose if it was mold or not due to liability issues which now has left me with questions as to how to proceed. I think that he would have provided recommendations, but our conversation was all over the place due to my endless questions, so i feel the distraction may have left that topic uncovered. I will give them a call prior to getting the air duct vents cleaned. He also found some wires that had over time became frayed due to rubbing on a metal piece. This could ultimately have lead to the end of life of this unit not to mention a fire hazard. He taped and secured the wires. He also found that the blower capacitor was slightly low. He recommended to have that replaced in the next 6 months. That it was functioning adequately at this time. I reviewed and signed up for the Heating and Cooling Maintenance Agreement. Their prices are higher than what I have ever paid historically, but after seeing the detail in his work, I believe it will be well worth it. Honestly, the only information ever received from the company I had used before was "Everything is fine". After what I visualized in the heating unit, it clearly isn't. Last, I was attracted to this company because they advertise free financing when purchasing new heating and cooling units. Since this condo that I moved into 9 years ago has the cheapest model installed, I am anticipating probably sooner than later needing to replace it. This company will make the purchase much easier for me. I was very impressed with Beau. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me.

We will definitely use them when we replace our furnace and air conditioner. They have always been wonderful and most of all professional!

I used someone else initially and they did not fix the problem so I called Williams Comfort Air. They came out and fixed the issue on a Friday. I was not there at the office when they fixed the issue but they called afterward and said he fixed the problem. They office called me later and said it was not working after the repair. Williams Comfort Air came back out on Monday and the breaker was completely switched off. He asked if we had an electrician out at that time since the breaker was flipped. I spoke to a few people at the office and they said they did not switch the breaker off after the repair. I feel that Williams Comfort Air forgot to flip the breaker back on after the repair and just left it off until we called them.

Service provider was courteous and informative. Let me know about an issue with my air conditioner that may need attention in the future.

Their customer service was great until after the installation. We paid them and we had a few issues and it was hard to get a hold of them afterwards.

- Update: I have increased their overall rating from a D to a C due to the professional follow up I recived from submitting this review. Companies make mistakes, like all of us, and I always appreciate a company wanting to improve and make situations right with their customers. Thank you Williams Comfort Air for being one of those companies. We purchased this 'AC or Furnace Tune up' for $44. We used Comfort Air to install our new HVAC and AC units last year and they provided a good level of service. BUT this is a 'bait and switch' coupon that was disappointing to have brought into through Angie's list. The description of the service provided is not accurate and misleading...which the serviceperson confirmed when they arrived. The service person stated to my wife that this 'tune up' was not worth much without doing a full service tune up, which is what we thought we were getting, that includes a cleaning all of the parts to increase the energy efficiency of the unit...so apparently we had to buy additional services for the tune up to be done right?. The serviceperson admitted that they do this 'cheap deal' to get in the door to allow them to 'up sell' other services. Pretty disappointed to hear these types of sales tactics from Comfort Air on a straight forward furnace service on a little over a year old unit...that they installed. Ended up that my wife felt pressured into buying an annual agreement with them for over $250 which was their 'best deal'. They did apply the $44 we had already spent on this apparently worthless tune up towards it. I would recommend that Angie's list require a more detailed overview of the services that will be provided by Comfort Air to avoid having Angie's customers being mislead. I looked today on Angie's list for furnace tune ups and a good example of a transparent service provider was Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing which is offering the same priced $44 coupon but includes a correct tune up with all that you should expect to receive while they are in your home. The D (now C) ratings reflect the overall experience and final price relative to their competitors for the same service. See 'Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing' offer. The B ratings reflect the actual work the serviceperson did while they were onsite and the fact he was honest about the whole deal and was embarrassed to have to put my wife is an uncomfortable position. Shows some integrity.

Very quick, efficient, respectful and clean. I have nothing but glowing comments thus far. I have only been a client for a short period of time but Williams Comfort Air has been nothing but professional. Jim came to the home and provided an initial estimate to replace our Gas Heater and Electric AC systems. The quote was competitive compared to the original installer for our 9 year old custom home. We added 2 WiFi thermostats after the initial home visit and quote. The work was performed as scheduled and flawlessly. The 3 person installation team came on time, kept the house very clean and did an exceptional job especially Ben (?) who was the lead installer.

From the start to finish our experience was a breeze! Jim came to our home to give us an estimate and answer any questions we had. He was very professional and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. Troy and Mike did the install and we could not have asked for anything better! Overall so far we feel that Williams Comfort Air is a good reputable company to work with.

They do make good on warranty work and they will come back and fix it if needed.
