Description of Work: Had them come out for routine maintenance on our ac unit. Found out it was installed improperly from the previous owners. We spent a little more money than anticipated, but are quite pleased with the results. Williams Comfort Air did not push for any additional sale, but rather let me know all the options and I appreciated that. Will definitely use in the future.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning (695.00) was an agreed-on price as advertised on Angie's List. In addition, I purchased a new Honeywell Purification System to replace a system no longer effective. Technicians were able to order and install the new Honeywell the following day. Listed price for the unit was 1,995.00, and in my opinion worth the cost considering the improved air quality of air in my home. Technicians were on time for the air duct work and the friendly voice called to report their eventual arrival. This was my first experience with Williams Comfort Air, and the friendly attitude and professionalism of the technicians will probably get my business in the future.

Description of Work: They came to give me an estimate on a new 95o efficiency furnace. The price was fair considering all the rebates at this time. Jeromy was very professional, honest, with a pleasant personality. I would recommend the company. Unfortunately they were not able to install the additional piping needed in to my limited space.

Description of Work: My heater was making a loud whistling noise so I called and had a tech come out to the house. He gave me an estimate for 4,000 to fix the heater and A/C. I honestly thought this was very expensive so I got a second estimate. Other company came out and its was fixed in 2 hours parts and labor was 450.00. Big difference

Description of Work: They did a tune-up on the furnace and put in a carbon air filter. The gentleman had to order a filter that would fit and came back to install when it did. The tune-up was a great value $44 but I did find the price for the filter to be a little high.

Description of Work: I called Williams Comfort Air to get an estimate for a whole house humidifier. The lady took all of my information. She then told me there was a $94 dollar service charge to come out and give me an estimate. I clarified with her that I didn't need a repair just an estimate. She said it was still $94 and it would be waived if I did any service. I told her to forget it that I would just call someone else. I have NEVER contacted anyone via Angie's List that has asked me to pay for an estimate. Moving on to another company.....

Description of Work: Air conditioning cleaned and made sure it was good for the summer. The $75.00 was half the contract price. The heating had been inspected last fall. I signed a new contract for next year for $170.00. Guess that means I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had 3 services done, duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and furnace maintenance. Each service was explained to us in detail, the results of the cleanig was shown to us. Each person(aaron, chris, eric) respected our house to keep it clean, they brought their shoe covers, which we really appreciated. They were very professional, and efficient. We would definitely use this company again, and recommend for others to use.
