Description of Work: HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH WATER LEAKING OUT OF AIR CONDITIONING UNIT IN THE BASEMENT. WHEN THEY WERE CALLED, THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WITHIN AN HOUR & A HALF - AND THIS HAPPENED! THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO SOME BOOKS AT THE TIME, & THE SERVICE PROVIDER CONTACTED AN INSURANCE MAN AS WELL FOR THE MEMBER!
