It went very well, no problems. Chris, the owner, explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I was unsure about colors, took his advice and the end product looks beautiful. Black roof white gutters, classic. His crew did a complete tear off and was done in less than a day. They worked diligently, everyone seemed to have their own task, and the owner was present. They hauled the old material away with trailers so no dumpster was needed. They were conscious of my landscaping, clean up was thorough and not one nail was left behind. I am so happy and thankful for finding such a great company!

I called Chris, who came to my house the same day and provided a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. His crew arrived a few hours later and had everything fixed by the evening. I was so pleased to have found a company that was thorough, honest and quick to respond. Thanks for everything, Chris!

We contacted Chris to look at our roofs for Hail damage. Chris walked us through the claims process, meet with the insurance adjusters and handled all of the insurance paperwork. Chris is professional, very personable, communicates very well with his customers and adjusters. I have referred him to my neighbor and friends.

We hired Chris from Whitestone for our project after meeting with several contractors. I was referred to Chris @ Whitestone from a good friend of mine who also had a great experience in working with the company. Chris worked very diligently, professionally, and efficiently with our insurance adjuster. We are very glad we chose him instead of the companies that our insurance company called and quot;preferredand quot;. The and quot;preferredand quot; companies just seemed interested in getting the job and not interested in addressing our areas of special concern. Chris, however, took the time to walk us thru the process and our special concerns. We hardly had to lift a finger! He did everything he promised and then some! We had a total of 4 teams doing the various trades at the home and they not only did a beautiful job, but were very friendly and very clean. This is something thats hard to find in todays world of construction. I have recommended Chris to 3 of my friends and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of renovation/storm damage work.
