Our contact met with us and our calls were received in good timing. After I found out about a plat they did on same property around 1975 (Carmel) on previous neighbor, I asked them if they did the survey, and he generously dug in their archives and gave me a copy. He also had known and contacted the present surveying company and gave me a large blueprint copy of their plans. He did make clear that Weihe Engineers had done many surveys in our neighborhood, and it was a tough area to survey and the cost might be upwards to $2,500.00. He mentioned that I should hire another company since he had done so many in the area. Go figure! My thought was....he was feeling that whatever Weihe Engineers `did in the past might conflict with what he might find, or conflict with the other survey company who was doing the survey (for Sigma Builders) as he knew him. Disappointing. Makes me wonder if any of their surveys are any good? Anyway, he was courteous and did provide information to us no charge. I did find out later that they caused a builder of our neighborhood (many many years ago) a lot of money because they had done the survey wrong, although this is not pertinent to our situation. Based on Weihe Engineering not wanting to do our survey, in my opinion, because of the so called "Conflict of Interest", I am rating them a C. I am grateful that they were upfront though. Still makes me wonder how true are these surveys?

Sam in the office was very friendly and responsive. Within a few days of the order I had surveyors at our new home, then another day to have drawings. I ran into the surveyors on site and they were very friendly and respectful. They did exactly what I ordered and found a few issues that a previous surveyor missed, and saved the day. Great job and would definitely use them again or recommend to friends !!

Called Weihe for a survey estimate. I believe I had to leave a voicemail to speak to Jay Evans, but he returned the call in a very timely manner. They ended up being in the middle of the bids I collected for price, but Jay was the most informative as to what the job would entail for the price. Survey was completed within a week of my call and the drawings arrived maybe a week after that. The drawings are great and easy to use, including more info than I expected to receive. Overall very pleased with the service and product and would use them again and refer them to anyone.

They were expensive compared to others. However they were worth the money. They were responsive and came on time.

Received timely quote and service was completed within 1 1/2 weeks of scheduling it. It turns out that our property corners aren't remotely where we thought they were. When I called to ask them about it they came out that morning to go over everything with me before the sprinkler system was installed.

Weihe engineers not only did the surveys but the recording. They staked the property line heavily so the fence crew could see the line through the woods. They knew this needed to be done quickly and worked as fast as they could. They answered all my questions and really were very thorough. They are in a different league than any surveying company I have ever used. just wonderful

THEY WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. FOR THE TIME THAT THEY SPENT (10 HRS), THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
