Webb Landscaping

We did not choose Webb Landscaping, the prior contractor who mowed for us combined services with this company and we could not be more disappointed. They rarely came, even when we called. The trimming was poorly done or not done at all. When we finally ended the agreement, they have attempted to charge us for weekly mowing when they were not coming every other week. Providing this review so others do not have to experience the same frustrations we have.

Mr. Webb stated that they would do two mows on our property while our mower was being repaired in a 3 week span. The first mow was average and he missed quite a few spots, but I am not upset by that. The day they were supposed to come out to the second mow had rained and they needed to reschedule. I communicated on a daily basis for the next week after and the individual never responded again and we now how a yard that is 12 inches tall. This is completely unprofessional and never replied to me for a whole week. How can you expect to run a business and not send a simple text? Must be easier to just go off the radar. This is NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT TO HIRE.

I paid him in advance for a whole year because it was a Christmas present. He did not go often enough. He did not trim and blow sidewalks. He did the absolute minimum if he even showed up. He never came unless someone called and was nasty about it. He completely ignore my phone calls. He never returned a call from. Buyer beware, I can not recommend him for anything.
