My neighbors put up a decorative fence in the front of their yard that came right up to the edge of my driveway. One morning, when pulling out of my driveway, my side mirror hit their fence post and was ripped off- the car repair bill was over $800 since the mirror had sensors and part of the car needed to be repainted. I asked my neighbors if I could move the fence post 18 inches back from the edge of my driveway so it would not happen again, and I agreed to cover the cost. Jared got the leftover stain the neighbors had used, took down the fence post at the edge of my driveway, removed a slat or two from the fence, and installed a fence post about 18inches away from the edge of my driveway. He matched the fence post style so exactly I hadn't realized he had finished the job- he had to point out that the fence now ended further away from the driveway. Getting in and out of my driveway is now much easier and less stressful for me and for my guests. Definitely worth $150 to save another $800 car repair bill.

Everything went as planned. Contractor estimated approx. 5 days worth of work which included sanding of the drywall. He replaced 2 windows including inside trim in our family room and took out a large picture window that definitely was not energy efficient and built a wall, insulated, did the drywall and sanding. We told him to have it paint ready and he did just that. The siding on the family room was wood and was rotting so we had him replace with vinyl siding which is a lot less maintenance. He also replaced a bedroom window including trim inside and some out. It is very apparent he takes pride in his work and is very meticulous with the end result. Because of his good work we decided to do a lot of updating to the family room. He stated a few times if we weren't happy with any of his work to let him know and he would be back to make it right. We have not had any issues at all and are very happy with the result. So much so that he will be back in September to do finish our unfinished garage!

It went very well. Jared takes pride in his work and it shows. He cleaned up every time he did work and you could not tell he had been there. He did everything he told us he would do and then some. He mad sure we were happy with the work and everything was to our satisfaction before we paid the balance. Jared and his wife are very professional and he was up front if he could not come on a particular day-you did not have to track him down. I look forward to working with this company again in the near future. He just provided us with a quote to finish the last side of the siding and eaves and them to replace the gutters and wrap the soffit. A pleasure to finally find a contractor that you can count on!
