Harold and his team did an amazing job installing our windows! Efficient, professional, attention to detail, clean up..from start to finish they were great!!! Highly recommend!!

This was a wonderful experience. Wish I had done it 30 years ago. The owner called regarding our request shortly after I posted. Joe was very courteous, thoughtful and answered all of my questions and concerns. His team knew exactly what to do in a professional manner. These were very old windows, but they efficiently did the job. Shout out to Harold, Tim and Scott! Great people to have in our home dealing with me, our 2 cats and 2 dogs. Even with the Corona Virus happening, work was not delayed. Then a terrible thunderstorm with lightening and winds did not keep this team from finishing the wonderful job they did. Windows look great! Joe also called after work was done to see if we were completely satisfied. If anyone needs work done on windows, this is definitely the Company you want. This was our second time hiring Weatherguard, this time for "Phase II" of our windows and door replacement project. From the outset, Weatherguard has delivered terrific customer service and assistance with pricing, options, and quick response. Even with uncertainty due to COVID, we were kept informed on timing. Installer Harold and his crew were, once again, professional and accommodating. We are extremely pleased with our new door and window and already received many compliments from the neighbors. Looking forward to hiring again for "Phase III".

We knew when we bought our house that we would need all new ones within a few years. Before selecting Joe & his team, I collected 4 different quotes. We ended up needing 28 replacement windows plus decided to convert a single door to a slider - on a 100 year old stucco house (NOT an easy job). To say that we are thrilled with our new windows and door would be an understatement. Joe was fantastic from the get-go his pricing was very fair. The crews were equally as amazing. Harold did our door opening and not only is it incredibly well done, but he was so kind and funny to have around for a few days. The guys were all so clean (coming from my neat-freak husband) and efficient. We were blown away and really love the final product. Can’t say enough good things!

Outstanding! Very timely response from Joe Murphy to request for quote, which was fair and reasonable. Communication was just the right amount, including a surprise text that our door had come in earlier than expected and that they could install in 2 days. Installation by Herald was quick and professional. We love it and give A+ to the entire experience from beginning to end!

We had WeatherGuard replacing a sliding patio door and repair some rotten trim work on an outside door. Joe was great to work with and explained every step of the process in detail. The install went smooth and everything turned out as expected. Harold is excellent and even replaced a sliding sash on a broken window for no additional cost! We will definitely use for future projects. Highly recommend.

I cannot express enough just how wonderful our experience was worn Weather Guard. Every part was outstanding . Once of the best customer service experiences I have ever had . The windows are amazing quality and look fantastic.

It couldn't have gone better. Joe was great with helping us to choose "a la carte" options and an appropriate door. Joe's assistant, Harold, did an excellent job with the installation. It is very obvious that Harold takes great pride in his work and knows his stuff. We are completely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work performed as well as the quality of the door.

I was worried about adding windows in my home because i was alternating the structure. And i was looking for someone who knows how to do it since last 2years but no company no contractor satisfied me for the project then i found the weatherguard windows and doors through next door recommendations for the job. I setup the appointment with Joe Murphy(owner) he is really good what he does but i was concerned with price when he came in because whoever i was talking they was starting from 10,000 to 18,000 but when Joe gave me the price i was literally thinking he missed something and i am gonna get a call or email with updated price. But i never did and me and my brother ask him few time but he was saying no really thats the price for the job. And my reaction was where were you 2years. But the actual hero is Harold the guy who put together the project for you. He is really smart and intelligent. He know what he is doing. When i met him first time i was like i don't have to worry about the project and I literally didn’t because of Harold. Some people talk too much but their work doesn’t support that but with Harold his works speaks more than him. Whole team is really good, respectful and helpful throughout the project. I am glad i found them. And i will use them again when i needed. Thank you for being reasonable.

Weatherguard Windows and Doors did a wonderful job on our new patio atrium door. From the estimate and ordering of the door (thanks Joe) and to the professional installation from Harold and his helpers (they fixed old water damaged areas for us) - everything turned out great. We love our beautiful new atrium door with internal mini blinds. We are ready for winter now!

Exceeded our expectations! We had WeatherGuard install new siding, windows and a storm door on our home, and couldn't be happier. The installers were true craftsman, and thoroughly cleaned up all the job debris after finishing. We worked directly with the owner, Joe, who gave us the best deal (we got 5 quotes from various companies) and never pressured us with any bogus sales pitches to get us to buy. Fantastic, this is my second time hiring Joe. He is really responsive, professional, and friendly. He knew this was a rental home and I did not want to spend a lot of money. Original quote was great, but there ended up being an issue with installation given the way the home was built. He called me and offered some options and promised to maintain a price that would make me happy but not sacrifice the quality for the new homeowner. Thank you Joe!

Amazing Customer Service. Very pleased with the whole process. No high pressure sales. Provided several options of doors to choose from. Great price for doors and installation. Installer was on time and very professional. Excellent craftsmanship for patio door which was a special size. I am very happy with the quality of the doors. This is a large house that is surrounded by flowers, and these guys were absolutely great. No damage to landscaping, the workmanship was top notch, and the workers thoroughly cleaned up after themselves—no debris at all left in the yard. Very consultative—I didn’t want just boring Hardie Plank siding but wanted something more decorative, and they worked with me to come up with a style and siding brand that looks stunning but was still affordable. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish our experience with Joe and team was amazing. Joe is very knowledgeable and there was never any pressure during the quote/order phase. None of our doors are standard size and Harold did an amazing install job with everything. Quality of doors is top notch, you can tell this team takes pride in their work. This company is probably one of the best we’ve worked with—very responsive and professional. We were looking to upgrade our front entry, and to replace two other doors. Weatherguard helped us understand the options available to us, was consultative on what would work best, and was very professional upon installation. Our new entry door is spectacular, and has really upgraded the whole look of the house. I would recommend them for any door project.
