The process went very well. We were made aware of the long lead times and given an opportunity to get our project done earlier than expected once Joe and his team had a free day. The installation was done in one day and minimized the effect of the outside cold weather getting inside during installation. Overall a very good experience and one I would recommend.

The Weatherguard crew was fast, efficient, professional and great to work with. They were in-and-out in no time and the door is exactly what I ordered. I would definitely hire Joe and his crew again...Perhaps for replacement windows this Spring.

The entire process was great! Joe and his team were very nice, professional & helpful. He always responded quickly to my many questions. My house still had the original windows when the house was built in 1956. They installed 8 new windows and it already has made a difference in how warm my house is! The day of installation went smooth and was done quickly. His pricing was the best I could find for what I needed! I’m very happy with the entire experience! This is the third time I’ve worked with Joe Murphy and Weather Guard and he continues to delight. His crews are professional and do outstanding work. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I was challenged to find replacement windows that matched pine framing at a lakehouse - and Weather Guard had a perfect match.

We wanted to replace a few windows and old patio door in our 60s Tri-level home. This is the third house we’ve installed windows in and I was not looking forward to the “informational window lecture” I would have to sit through again. I ended up meeting with 5 different companies and found Weatherguard was competitive, if not less, than all the others. I really appreciated Joe Murphy’s honesty and communication with me throughout the entire process. We ended up having to post-pone for an entire year, but we called him to schedule windows as soon as we were able. The installation went smooth and the installation guys were extremely nice and communicative to us during the entire process. Joe came out a few days later to check out everything and quickly solved a few issues we had. If we ever put windows into a 4th house, I will absolutely call Joe at Weatherguard!

Everything was very good. Very responsive, the owner and the installer came out to make sure and checked the window if they were accurate size. He also warned us that the window might delay because there was a lot of buildings, we surprised that it came in a month earlier. The house is about 60 years old, and we are very pleased with their service. We had use them 15 years ago, so that's why we called them again.

Everything was great! Joe was very responsive, discussed our options with us, and provided a very reasonable quote. Harold, the installer, was on time and did amazing work. He went out of his way to go to multiple stores to locate a siding that matched our house since the color on our house is no longer used. We couldn't be happier with the work he did. Joe and Harold were both friendly, easy to get along with, responsive, and professional. We intend to contact them again when we're ready to change our front door. If you're looking for an honest company with reasonable pricing, I would highly recommend Joe!

Joe came out and gave us a quote on a sliding glass. While he was here I asked for a quick quote on our front room window as well. He was both friendly and courteous during the process and gave us a quote that me and my wife liked and accepted. He broke down everything that was included with the windows and installation. Once the door and window came in Joe reached out to me to set up a day to come install them. He sent out Randy to install our windows and door, Randy did an awesome job. Randy definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to installation. Everything from initial contact with Joe to final installation with Randy were beyond stellar. We plan on replacing a few windows next year as well and I will definitely be reaching out to Joe again. Highly recommend this company.

It went great. I ordered the door and it arrived well before the original arrival date and was installed shortly thereafter. Harold, the man who installed the door, was very friendly, did great work and left me with a beautiful new door. Joe, the person who sold me the door, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Weatherguard.

The process was easy throughout as Joe was very friendly and responsive AND he had the best quote of the 4 companies we solicited quotes from. There was a lag in delivery time due to the pandemic but we were told upfront what to expect. Window installers were professional, timely and efficient and the windows were installed in approximately 5 hours. We are very pleased.

Honestly, this was probably the best experience (contractor AND non-contractor-related) I have ever had in my life. And I have had some pretty great experiences. I was coming off of a ridiculous quote from another well-known window company so I was apprehensive to see how the initial meeting was going to go. Joe put me at ease right away - he was friendly, courteous, funny and (most importantly) a straight-shooter. I never felt like he was "selling" me anything but rather looking out for my best interest in wanting to update my windows and door. He gave realistic expectations regarding timelines and scope of work in addition to providing some much-needed comic relief about the process. I almost wish I had a need for windows and doors more often - THAT'S how perfect this all went. I would highly recommend Weatherguard Windows and Doors to anyone looking for an update yet painless home project.

Joe with Weatherguard Windows gave us a very reasonable quote for 4 Pella wood windows (aluminum clad on the outside for easy maintenance). The 4 windows were installed in June 2021. Three of the windows were installed in a kitchen bay area (see picture of bay) and the fourth in an upstairs bedroom. Harold installed the windows and did a very nice job. Harold made sure the openings were plumb (our house is 30 years old) and the new windows fit perfect and look great. Harold cleaned up the work area after the job was complete. We have hired Weatherguard multiple times for different projects and have been extremely pleased with their work.

It was a wonderful experience. They provided a fair estimate that was focused on my needs instead of trying to make a few extra dollars on the sale. Gave me a lot of options at the right price. Window install occurred about 6 weeks before they initially estimated. The windows are high quality and look great. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

The job is complete and I couldn't be happier! I wanted a 3 door french door converted to a sliding patio door. Joe came to look at the job and give an estimate. He was very professional but laid back, personable, and no pressure at all. After several other quotes with the same door and options, Weatherguard was the best. We were told up front and had anticipated up to 14 weeks to complete the project, but we were fortunate that it was completed much sooner, despite the rain setting us back several times. The installation crew kept me informed daily of what was going on, since we were dealing with alot of rain that week. When the rain stopped long enough and they were finally able to do it, the crew arrived on time, and were great guys! They worked quickly and efficiently, were very nice, and let me know of their progress. If they had questions they asked right away so things were done correctly the first time. The entire project only took a few hours, and when they left they took the entire mess with them. I went back to double check because we have dogs, but everything was cleaned up, and you didn't even know they had been there! I've had my door for a few weeks now, and I also love the door itself; we've had no issues at all. I would definitely hire this company again.

Weather Guard is an absolutely amazing company with great communication. They keep you updated along the way prior to installation and were upfront with fees and no surprises came up after the fact. All together it was a smooth efficient project! I would give them a 10+ and will most definitely be using them for future projects.

We had put off replacing our windows after getting a few quotes when a friend referred us to WeatherGuard. We are so glad we did!! Joe was quick to respond, helpful and didn’t bat an eye when we asked him to quote other products/styles. Joe is fun, professional and just a good guy! The installation team was on time and very courteous. James and Brett were quick but careful. Both of them were very neat and cleaned up after they installed. The windows we upgraded to offer much more functionality we’ll be able to enjoy for years to come. We’re very satisfied with the WestherGuard team!!

Joe and his team did an excellent job. I had a few other companies provide quotes. Joe was definitely the most thorough and his price was very good. Joe also replaced a small window in my bathroom and did a great job. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a company!

It went tremendously well. Joe came to look at the job and give me a bid. He was very professional. The day of the job, Brett came with James at 9:15. They were very professional and efficient. 3 doors later they had finished by 4:30. I highly recommend them for anyone considering sliding doors.

The consultation went smooth with several window options presented. The scheduling of install went on for some time in part due to weather and the other due to limited personnel. The windows were installed a few months after purchase. Based on the positive interaction, another set of replacement windows were purchased and installed. It has been approx. two (2) years since both projects were completed. Currently, the install on three (3) windows have failed given shifts in the windows and caulking shrinking and separating. It is disappointing that new windows need to be recalked after 24 months especially after the amount of money spent, professional install, and, what I assume, the use of construction grade materials. The greatest disappointment is one (1) window is experiencing heavy leaking and needs specialized repair or complete replacement. Although the windows have a "lifetime warranty," the manufacture rejected any repair. Weatherguard did offer to assist at an approx. $200/hr labor rate. However, a couple months later, the repair has yet to be completed, communication has stopped, and scheduling is hit or miss - essentially that the mercy of "down time" between other projects. If you miss a time (usually last minute), it may be weeks later until a "new date" is established meanwhile water continues to enter the home. In the end, after an approx. $2K purchase, three windows (perhaps all of them at some point soon) either need to be repaired or replaced after only 24 months. Weatherguard's one (1) year warranty along with no assistance from the manufacturer makes me pause of any recommendation of this company. One would appreciate greater customer service given the circumstances. It is not the job of the homeowner to "beg" a company to assist due to improper install and/or failed products over the period of months.

This was our second time hiring WeatherGuard for the replacement of windows in our 125 year old home. We appreciated Joe's helpful eye for choosing windows that would fit well in our space, and the quality of the windows is great. We hit a bit of a delay with timing due to COVID, but Joe was great about communicating updates and timeline. Will definitely hire again!

I would highly recommend Joe and Weatherguard Windows. He gave us the pertinent information we needed and did not spend an hour on a sales pitch that a lot of window companies do. Joe followed through with everything. He called when he said he was going to call and his team showed up when he said they were going to show up. Return phone calls were the same day.
