Everything went better than we expected. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, so this project was a welcome relief.

They were extremely nice so I chose their company. It ended up being a disaster. The wind vents were not installed correctly, they won't turn. The vents are too low, and they wont let air into the attic. This lead to black mold in my attic because of all the moisture. The doors in my home all stick because of the moisture. When I called him about this, he was very nasty in his response.

My experience with WeatherGuard couldn't have been better! I enjoyed working directly with the owner, Joe Murphy, who was dedicated to providing quality customer service opposed to the service you may receive working with a sales representative. I was able to purchase a high quality product and receive quality service all within my budget!!! I would reccommend WeatherGuard to anyone.

Travis Coulson, a partner/owner, came out the same day I called, in spite of storm warnings. He quickly determined that his company was not the best match for my needs, since they focus on vinyl clad replacement windows. I shared the quote I received, and he gave me assurance that the quote was a fair one. He was helpful, prompt, and professional. If I ever need to replace my windows with vinyl clad ones, I will use Weather Guard.

I contacted the Owner Joe Murphy in Late February. He answered the phone himself and we scheduled a site visit to measure and quote the job. The quote was extrordinarly reasonable as I have eight 7' tall double hung windows. I desperately needed storms as we recently moved in and have not been able to sufficiently heat this old house. The windows arrived and were installed in 3 weeks. Tom Harris, the installer for Weatherguard, provided extrordinary service in hanging these huge windows by himself on an extension ladder. Mr Harris installed the windows and caulked around them. The next day Weatherguare owner, Joe Murphy called to see if I was satisified with the service and product. I have been able to keep the house at least 15 degrees warmer in the days since the windows were installed. That has made a substantial improvement in quality of life. This investment will soon pay for itself.......warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. And more quiet indoors as well. I would heartily recommend Weatherguard to anyone and will certainly use them in the future. Superior professionalism, excellent quality aluminum product provided at a very reasonable price, and people very nice to work with.

We could not be more pleased with the whole process - ordering and installation with owner, Joe Murphy and his crew, of Weatherguard Windows and Doors. Joe will assist you in solving any window and door questions &/or problems. Our entry doorways to our home are not plumb, thus our old doors did not shut well nor were they air-tight. After his crew installed our new doorways and doors they are now both secure and air-tight. We are so happy. Joe and his installation crew are very prompt, considerate, courteous, and professional. Any questions or concerns that you may have, Joe replies in 24hrs or less, unless he happens to be out of town. Our new window frames were wrapped in fiberglass insulation when installed, thus making our windows really air-tight. A Super Job by a Super Owner and his Crew in 1.5 days. Our Thanks to You Joe !!!

WeatherGuard replaced 13 original, wood windows in my home. The sales appointment was great - no pressure at all. The morning of the installation, the crew showed up clean and on-time. They worked efficiently and quickly. In a matter of hours, all the windows were replaced. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. Immediately, it was warmer and quieter inside the house. The windows are attractive and enhance the appearance of the home. Neighbors noticed and some had their windows replaced by WeatherGuard also! Highly recommend this company - very customer focused.

I had used Weatherguard to upgrade the windows, doors, and roof of my rental property. They had been recommended to me by my mother who also had to replace windows and a door on her home. They did a great job on her place, so I felt comfortable using them for my project. Since then, I have had them install a front door and a sliding door into my main home. Once again, they came out, assessed my needs, and explained the cost/benefits of options available. I felt like they truly had my best interests at heart when they made recommendations for my 2 situations. They explained the benefits of their higher end products, but also recognized that my rental property might not require them. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I have not had any problems with any of the products. The installation process went smoothly and there was no debris left. I would highly recommend this company for their quality products and knowledgable and friendly employees. My grandparents recently had them install a kitchen box window. My grandma has put flowers in it and says it lights her kitchen in a whole new way. They too are happy with Weatherguard.

I HAD 3 COMPANIES DO ESTIMATES. JOE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATIONS. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE. THIS PRICE IS GOOD FOR TODAY ONLY TACTICS. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
