He was very pleasant to work with he gave me good ideas when we first discussed the project and I have been very pleased with the results and how well the waterfall has been working ever since.

I saw their display at the Home Improvement Show at the Fairgrounds in early April. I was pleased to find someone who did the kind of installation that I wanted. I left my contact information and got a call about 2 weeks later. John came to the house on April 22 with an agreement to install a 3' Basalt Column with a 1000 gallon per hour pump with plastic basin, decorative gravel and spotlight, basically a kit that needed minimal excavation since it was above ground. Should be an easy job. No word from him for 2 weeks. I called. He had been busy. After several more calls he finally came and installed it. My 3' column turned out to be 2' and it only worked for 2 days until the hose sprang a leak and the water became just a trickle. More calls. "They must have picked up the wrong rock." and "We'll get you another pump". I had asked for specs on the pump so I would know that it was the 1000 gph pump listed in the agreement. Never got them. They finally found the 3' rock and a new pump and got them installed. The cord on the new pump does not reach the outlet on the back of my house so my 50' extension cord on a reel fills the 4' gap. Yes, I have my fountain and it does what I want. I am not calling him again to hear any more excuses or stay home from work for him not to show up just to get 4' of cord. I will do it myself. I'm glad to have the fountain. It's very calming. After the frustration of dealing with this company I need something to make me calm.
